The Finished portrait, enhanced in Photoshop
Back again with some portraits of fire nymphs. It was a simple, elegant look I was after with these, inspired ever so slightly by some work I have also completed on forest Nymphs using Mid Journey.
The prompt for these were as follows:

The outcome of most of these images are very symmetrical and they contain very balanced compositions - almost banal ones, at the very least, for the concept of portraiture.
The addition of cosmetics to this particular image makes it certainly more interesting than the others, but it has that same balance as the rest. It is a very formulaic portrait, with the seed apparently not altering itself very far from the initial prompt.
In this composition, the character looks as thought they're in prayer, but beyond this, there is not all that much stuff that is interesting about the composition beyond the facial expression.
Here's a woman who looks like she knows how she could levitate over a gleaming pit of fire while her enemies burned. The golden wing over her torso contains the symbology of a phoenix, which is of course, closely related to fire, rebirth; and other themes closely associated with the element.
This one is probably my favourite, the cosmetics are more balanced, there's an interesting expression, and the parted mouth is something that I have not yet seen MidJourney do on a reliable basis without it being an absolute disaster. I also love the fact the eye colour varies from eye to eye, making for an interesting character feature.
This one gets some Photoshop enhancement to push it in a slightly different direction, and to exaggerate certain parts of the image. I won't bore you with exactly what I did to the image, but there's a fair bit of stuff going on that wasn't before.
