DEPPRESSION HITTING HARD OUR MENTAL HEALTH
Depression is a persistent feeling of sadness and lost of interest, it effects how we feel, thinks, behave causes emotional and physical problems.
I never met a person in my life who is mature and so happy in his life like he has no problems. Its depends upon the nature of human that he is expressive one or know how to hide his problems and still tries to stay happy. If problems are continuously increasing day by day, and not covering up ,it pushes a man into depression which causes his mental sickness.
People around us are very judgmental they even judges every person they have met only once, without knowing them they set a statement about them which is so hurtful. They even judge on the base of colour , appearance, wealth, religion etc , a person who lives in such type of people slowly gets into depression , like starts having a complex personality, mostly wants to stay alone , when a person stays alone he obviously overthinks and damages his health.
There are a lot of other causes of depression like having physical, sexual or emotional abuse, death or loss of the closest person, divorce to a women, job or money worries and other a lot of reasons which hits hard our mental health .
Living in a world of so called love is seventy percent cause of depression especially in india and Pakistan but mainly in whole world. Few lucky people found their true love and happily stays forever , but in our universities, everyone just have to find a girl or boy to start their so called love story which ends with terrible effects.
EXPECTATIONS HURT
It is not wrong to say that expectations kills our happiness. The desire of something to happen in a certain way when you cannot control the outcome is the source of much of human depression.
Things you expect from yourself are not bad in any terms, they keeps you motivated and excited for your wishes, but things that you expect from others, are harmful for your mental health, in terms of they are not fulfilled.
SUICIDAL THOUGHTS
Suicidal thoughts appears in a person who is suffering from depression. When he does not found any way to get rid of problems, he decides to suicide which not only effects himself but his family too.
DEPPRESSION NOT MEANS EMBRACEMENT
People who are suffering from depression , please don’t think about them that they are insane, if any person around you is depressed try to make a bound with them, don’t feel them alone. During meeting , make positive points of life in front of him so that he feels the beauty of life.
TRY TO FEEL THE BEAUTY OF LIFE
Life is so beautiful if we feel it. Life is too short to stay sad, depressed and unhappy, Try to live your each moment, the everything you want to do atleast have a try for it, make sure that you have a tick on all the wishes in your wish list, forgive all those who hurt you in any way because your own heart will be heavy if you always think about it, try to handle situations calmly and with maturity, skip all the negative thoughts from your mind. Try to make your life easy for others, try to stay in those people you think you have compatibility with them.
On the other hand, life is not a bed of roses for anyone. Problems, difficulties are part of life and in my opinion life will be boring without them. Problems will never comes to end until you die, make a hand shake to them and go ahead.
