Staying fit literally means to continue and remain derf and durable,healthy,physically and emotionally sound. Being fit is more to what we say or do as it implies having a good and balanced diet,emotional control, exercise etc

Healthy food intake implies the eating of a balanced diet. Well known that there are various classes of food which include;
C Carbohydrate ;The various sources of carbohydrate include; garri,yam,potato,maize,wheat and so on, its Functions its that it provides the body with energy, therefore they are called energy giving food.
P Protein ;The various sources of protein giving food include; meat, fish, beams,eggs and so on, its functions is that helps in growth and repair if warn out tissues.
M Mineral salt ; The various sources of mineral salt includes; milk, sea foods,vegetables and on, its Functions is that its helps in the normal and proper functioning of the body.
V Vitamins ; The various sources of mineral salt includes;liver, citrus,tomatoes and so on, its Functions its that it protects the body against diseases.
F Fats and oil ;The various sources of fats and oil includes;palm oil,pork,margarine and so on, its Functions is that it provides the body with the energy for daily activities.
W Water ; The various sources of water include ;vegetables, beverages, brooks, tea, etc, its Functions is that it helps the body with easy digestion and maintenance of the fluid in the body.

A daily workout/exercise helps the body in being fit in the sense that there is a stretch of the muscles being fatigue,a stretch of the skeletal body framework, a revitalization of the various systems and organs and many more. A daily exercise also helps in burning of some adipose tissues, removal of excess glucose stocked in the body as keeping one in a right state of mind as it contributes to memory standardizations.

Of course being a daily workaholic if I should borrow such word without a normal and daily nap affects the mental ability as well as the whole body. A daily rest in sleep of about 6-7hours daily helps the body to relax, rethink and ready to take up the daily routine and doing it much better every day.
of course your work is important, but your rest is much more important too
