This is my first time joining this @dreemport Friday challenge and I am happy it's talking about food and a foodie like me won't allow this one to pass me by today, Hehe I was just chilling at our house when a friend of mine called me and said I should come out in front of our house that he has something for me, which I know will not pass something eatable because he knows I love food.
When I went outside he gave me nylon, but there was something inside it as soon as opened the nylon bump guess what I saw fatty fish one of my favorite food.
And I said that I will use it to write today's challenge which is talking about "what shall we eat to be healthy and vibrant"
Food is very important to us as humans but not anyhow food many times we eat anyhow food just to sustain hunger without considering if it's healthy or not. I believe what we eat is what we are and defines how healthy we are.
Before now I don't normally consider the type of food I take whether it's good for my health or not because I am a foodie. But now I have come to realize that knowing the type of food we take and the reason why we should take them is very important and should be put into consideration because it shows how we survive and live a healthy life. We all have our reasons for choosing different types of food for you to be healthy and vibrant.
So my question is:
What shall we eat and why should we eat it?
We eat food to get nutrients in other to be healthy and vibrant all the time, so that's why I will share the reason why fish food is important especially fatty fish.
Do we know that fish contains omega 3 fatty and some vitamins such as vitamin D and B3?
Omega 3 fatty acids are very important to our body and it helps in brain development. Fish food is very crucial and it is known as one of the best healthiest food because it contains some nutrients that many people are lacking such as vitamin D.
It is also good for aged people because it helps in the prevention of strokes and heart attacks it reduces mental decline for older adults.
Since it's very rich in omega 3 fatty acid which helps in eye and brain development, it always helps in the reduction of asthma, in children because of those important nutrients It contains.
Fish food helps in improving mental health and vision protection. At least fish food can be taken once or twice a week for the good of our health and for us to be healthy and vibrant all the time.
The fish that gives omega 3 is cold-water fish varieties like tuna, sardine, salmon, mackerel, and herring they are also known as oily fish because they are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
This is one of the reasons why I should consider fish food as one of the healthy to be taken.
