.In Karma, Though it is a religious practice and I don't practice their religion but I believe this very aspect of their beliefs.
If there must be a seed time,
There must be an harvest time.
For what so ever a man sowed,
That is what he shall reap.
He that sowed good shall reap of good reward.
I believe in this practice that there is a greater reward for every creeping things under the universe.
I believe that what goes around comes around.
In as much that there is a reward for hard labour,
That is to say,
One can not labour in vain without a reward
