"WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MEDITATE?"

Meditation to me is the highest level of releasing the mind and letting the body stay away from stress. For me, it's a good healing treatment that can help people to heal their inner minds and let they can be calm and decrease stress. Meditation is a simple way and just takes us a small of time in practice but can bring many benefits.

Is Meditation a good treatment?

Research about stress relief through meditation has become a common practice for many people. It can be done under many spiritual practices where you can deeply hear your soul and find peace. There are a number of important uses for this ancient practice. I think meditation is a good method to reverse your body's response to stress and help you relax physically. Sure that we used to have anger suddenly and it brings a wave of negative energy to our body. At that time, physical and emotional stress can be reduced by learning to calm your body and mind by mediation. Of course, we have many ways to calm our bodies, somebody will need music or a cup of ice cream. However, learning meditation can bring us great benefits for a long time. The benefits are that you feel better, you are refreshed, and you are ready for the challenges of the day. Regular practice over several weeks or months can yield even greater benefits.

How can we make a good meditate practice?
Meditation is better done consistently than for a long time. And the frequent is better done for five minutes six times a week and from 15 to 30 mins once time. Meditation can help you learn to calm your body's stress and heal it. It might take time and lower your stress week by week, but the result is extremely above the expectation. Additionally, it will be easier to stick to a regular meditation practice if you can begin with short, daily practices rather than feeling like you must find a specific time to join long sessions.

Why is it hard to meditate?
Come to this, I think there are a few issues that can be the problems of preventing us from meditation. First, our pressure is hard to lead us in finding the time to follow. Second, our belief in the benefits of meditation is not strong and still have doubt meditation's benefits. Third, we are not enough the persevere to keep it as a habit. There are some people thought about what breathing and sitting can bring to us, do people overreact to meditation?.

You might feel disturbed when doing meditation. You can not get your mind clear and the noise still around. I think the space and the environment also take important roles in meditation. But we can change it by designing a small space in your balcony or your room with a sound like that you like or feel relaxed when you heard that. Because focusing on ourselves is not easy, meditation can be a good treatment for healing the soul and understanding your mind. Meditation is really about noticing and redirecting your thoughts to what you want to focus on your breath and release your mind and stay away from the present moment. You can heal yourself and learn to calm your body by meditation is true and produce positive energy in that simple way. Keeping it as a habit can help us maintain a good life and good mental which is very important to humans and also stay away from bad energy.

I used to think meditation is hard and I thought I didn't learn proper ways to meditate. I had no idea how to control my breath and shut down my chatter thought. I found myself not relax but fighting between my thought. Then I read somewhere that meditation is actually really simple. Just focus on your breath. If I am not able to shut down my chatter thought, thats ok, just gently go back and observe my breath. There is no expectation for me to do right or wrong while meditating, just be there is enough.

That's true Sis, we just need to let our minds free and take a short period of mediation every day or a few times a week. We will always be surprised by the benefits of mediation through the simple action "breathing".
