From the moment we entered the borders of Konya, there were different spiritual values in every inch of land. One of them was Ahmet hüdai Efendi of Ladikli. I had never heard of Ahmet hüdai Efendi before, I had never heard his name. Recently, I got to know him with a story told by a friend of mine who has a high spirituality and who is devoted to the truth, and I was very impressed while listening to his narration. The story he told was as follows;
- Ladikli Ahmet Hudai was a person who lived in his own way with high spirituality on the path of truth, but as a result of being called to the front in the Ottoman period, he volunteered as a soldier and went from front to front and started to fight. Since there was a famine in the battlefield at that time, the soldiers had a very difficult time finding food, they were living hungry, but Ahmet hüdai Efendi was such a magnanimous person that he gave his food to the hungry dog that came next to him while eating his food. While the war and hunger continued at the front, all the soldiers died, Ahmet Hüdai Efendi saw someone standing on a horse on his head while he was lying unconscious on the ground, this person took him, gave him water, healed him and carried him to his own commanders by putting him on a horse. There he learned that the person who brought him there was Hızır (A.S). From that day on, Khidr (A.S.) constantly visited him and trained him. After returning home, Ladikli Ahmet hüdai Efendi, who devoted himself completely to worship and truth, went beyond the dimension and started to wear his clothes from front to front at night. One of them was the Korean War, my friend continues to tell me, but I was very impressed by this person with countless miracles like this.
When I came here, I said that I would not leave without visiting him and I visited his house where he worshiped until the morning. After his death on June 8, 1969, he was buried here in the Ladik cemetery after his death, I wanted to go to the cemetery to visit him and pray before his house. I was very impressed when I saw that some of the graves in this cemetery, which dates back to the Seljuk period, were destroyed and only the stones remained. I took photos of some of the dates on the tombstones.
After leaving the cemetery, we went to the house of Ahmet Hüdai and spent some time here. I was touched by the feeling of the environment when I saw it from the outside! When I entered, I felt an incredible energy. I explored the room for a while, and then I had the opportunity to sit down and go back to myself with the spirituality of this place. Even though this is a very remote, hard-to-reach village, it was worth it! I was as light as a bird when I left!

Konya sınırlarına girdiğimiz andan itibaren, her karış toprağında ayrı manevi değerler yer alıyordu. Bunlardan biri de Ladikli Ahmet hüdai efendi hazretleriydi. Ahmet hüdai efendi'yi daha önce bilmiyor, adını hiç duymamıştım. Yakın bir zamanda maneviyatı yüksek, kendini hakikate adamış olan bir arkadaşımın Ladikli Ahmet hudai hazretleri hakkında anlattığı bir hikaye ile kendini tanıdım ve onun anlatımını dinlerken çok etkilendim. Anlattığı hikaye şöyleydi ;
- Ladikli Ahmet hüdai efendi hakikat yolunda, maneviyatı yüksek kendi halinde yaşayan bir insanken, Osmanlı zamanında cepheye çağrılması sonucunda gönüllü askerlik yaparak cepheden cepheye gidip savaşmaya başlamış. O dönem savaş meydanın da kıtlık olduğu için askerler yemek bulmakta çok zorlanıyor, aç yaşıyorlarmış fakat Ahmet hüdai efendi o kadar yüce gönüllü bir insanmış ki yemeğini yerken yanına gelen aç köpeğe yemeğini verirmiş. Cephe de savaş ve açlık devam ederken tüm askerler ölmüş, Ahmet hüdai efendi yerde baygın yatarken başının üzerinde Atla duran birini görmüş bu kişi onu alıp su vermiş, onu iyileştirmiş ve Ata bindirerek kendi komutanlarının yanına kadar taşımış. Onu oraya getiren kişinin Hızır (A.S) olduğunu orada öğrenmiş. O günden sonra Hızır (A. S) onu sürekli ziyaret ederek eğitmiş. Evine döndükten sonra kendisini tamamen ibadete ve hakikate adayan Ladikli Ahmet hüdai efendi, Artık boyut ötesine geçip geceleri cepheden cepheye giymeye balmış. Bunlardan biri de kore savaşı olduğunu anlatmaya devam ediyor arkadaşım fakat bunun gibi sayısız keramete sahip bu zat beni çok etkilemişti.
Buraya kadar gelmişken onu ziyaret etmeden gitmek olmaz dedim ve sabahlara kadar ibadet ettiği evini ziyaret ettim. Kendisi 8 haziran 1969 da vefatından sonra burada Ladik mezarlığına gömülmüş evinden önce onu mezarlığa gidip ziyaret etmek dua etmek istedim. Çok eskiye ait Selçuklu zamanından kalma bu mezarlık da bazı mezarların yok olduğunu ve sadece Taşlarının kaldığını görünce çok etkilendim. Mezar taşlarında ki tarihlerin bazılarının fotoğraflarını çektim.
Mezarlıktan çıktıktan sonra Ahmet hüdai efendinin evine gittik ve biraz burada vakit geçirdik. Daha dışarıdan görünce ortamın verdiği hissiyatla duygulandım! İçeri girdiğim de inanılmaz bir enerji hissettim. Biraz odayı gezip inceledim daha sonra oturup buranın maneviyatı eşliğinde içime dönme fırsatı buldum. Burası oldukça uzak, ulaşıma zor bir köy olsa da geldiğime değdi! Buradan ayrılırken bir kuş kadar hafiftim!
