My eating habits
- Adding egg to my meal
- Drinking water before meal
- Cutting down processed food and meat
- Eating fibre and veggies
- Eating less salt and pepper
- Eating lots of sea foods
- Drinking of smoothie before going to bed
Adding exercise to my everyday routine to watch my weight and drinking lots of water and I always employ portion control but sometimes our busy lifestyles make it impossible to achieve my eating habits but atleast i do achieve five of this mentioned to my routine and i know you all have your own eating habits as well as mine. But your eating should atleast have all the essentials of balance diet in the right proportion, Let's get into my self care recipes
My self care recipes for my mood boosting
Energizing smoothie
- 2 banana
- 1 coconut
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 glass of milk
Instructions
- Wash (pineapple, coconut and bananas) thoroughly and transfer everything to a blender
- Add water and blend still it smoothie and creamy
- Transfer to a jug and store in a refrigerator and your smoothies is ready, thank me later
My last writing sounds crazy and funny but that is the only way i achieve it as a student i am✌️🙈
I literally eat whatever I crave for
Whenever i crave for something i literally eat them through this process. Hmm this sounds crazy 😂 like yesterday I crave for pasta and egg and boom i ate it, i achieve it through this process.
- Plan and list my budget
- Get an estimate amount of money to use
- finalize my budget. That's by going to a favorite shop purchase pasta next time I have money for the ingredients i buy them and if everything is complete i can then start my cooking and enjoy my meal.
