Water is very essential for living. Without water, it wouldn’t be easy for we humans, animals and even plant to survive. In fact the earth is surrounded by water and everything it contains needs the water for survival.
I will be sharing some health reasons why you should always cultivate the habit of regular water intake.
Hydration
Water is needed to be taken so as to keep the body hydrated. A person who is dehydrated will appear ill. This is why when you visit the hospital for a treatment they first check your water level and give you some drip. When the body is hydrated, you feel less of stress and energized.
It promotes healthy living
Healthy living practices such as fruits intake, body exercise, e.t.c is accompanied with water to promote healthy living. There are some fruits that contains water e.g. cucumber, though I wouldn’t advise much of sugarcane intake for water reasons because it’s water contains more of sugar especially if you have consumed a lot of sugar products in the past.
I was opportune to speak with an aged woman who lived 125 years before her death. She told me the reason why she lived longer was; they had less of sugar intake, more of fresh foods intake and fruits. She also emphasized an important role water plays in the body.
Water aids digestion
Water is needed for proper digestion of food. It doesn’t only require one to drink water before and after meal. Just drink water at any point you feel thirsty. This will help digestion of previously eaten food.
Need for excretion
There might be some unwanted substances which needs to be urinated out. There is one thing I want you to note, have you noticed any urinating yellowish urine despite the fact of not feeling ill. It’s a sign you have starved your body of water.
It task the backup water storage in the body mechanism to force out liquid waste at that point in time because the body experiences secretion at any time and it tries to take the remnant water from where it shouldn’t be taken to excrete urine that’s why it color appears that way. Do well to have regular intake of water in order to curtail this problem because it will lead to dehydration.
Aside from been ill a healthy person should have whitish color of urine. This is why water is necessary for the human body.
