I will like to share the need for caring about body diet.
I understand economic and financial crises is on the increase but you can still focus on maintaining healthy diet especially as a woman as it helps to build your reproductive system.
Before proceeding, I will like to define the term diet.
What is diet?
Diet simply means the food we consume. It is been characterized in various categories.
We have energy giving food- referred to as carbohydrates. Examples are bread, yam, cassava, corn e.t.c
They help provide the body with adequate energy needed for daily routine activities.There are proteins food which helps build the body system. Examples of such food are meat, bean, and fish e.t.c
There are other ones which are fruits, they help keep the body defense mechanism functional and includes oranges, apples, banana e.t.c
There are other classes of diet but I aim to stop here.
The next considered in this article is how to balance your diet amidst the financial crises.
This is how I do mine
I work 5 days in a week, the only time I have is usually Saturday and Sunday. And I try my possible best to ensure that in a week, the content of my meal are
More of Vegetables
Less of Oily foods
Less of Junks And Proteins
Long ago I experienced illness often and never knew what was the cause until I went to visit the hospital, trust me no one like the road that leads to hospital destination but you just have to go when things becomes critical. Especially health concern.
I was asked when last did I consumed vegetables, then the doctor narrated to me how veggies contributes to building the human system stating clearly we are different from the men and could not stand a long time without vegetables or fruits as they are needed by our body as we catch up with age.
Then I knew I did much of junks, especially snacks and noodles and I wasn’t happy with my appearance.
The doctor advised me to take vegetables at least three times in a week.
I did a little research about what is so special about veggies I found out that;
Veggies Has less of fat and oil
One of the most causes of issues in women is the presence of much fats in the body and its can be caused as a result of much of oily foods deposit especially the untreated vegetable oil.
There are some vegetable oil that causes more of fats. As a woman you ought to be selective over the type of vegetable oil consumed by you.
Vegetable has multiple nutrients in it.
Unlike other diets which may have single nutrient it gives to the body, vegetables consist of multiple nutrients such as;
Vitamin A
This vitamin is needed in reproductive system building of a woman. It also helps in building the body defense system. Other essential nutrients from vegetables are potassium, sodium, iron, magnesium e.t.c
More of fruits
Fruits help to build the body defense mechanism which makes it possible to stay longer without falling ill.
