LLegó Semana Santa en un ambiente tranquilo, más bien frío pero cargado de recogimiento en mi ciudad.
Estas fechas se viven de diferentes maneras según cada cual. En mi caso representó un reencuentro con parte de mi familia y gracias a ello estoy participando en éste Concurso #129 de Ladies of Hive Community.
Holy Week arrived in a quiet atmosphere, rather cold but full of recollection in my city.
These dates are lived in different ways according to each one. In my case it represented a reunion with part of my family and thanks to that I am participating in this Contest #129 of Ladies of Hive Community.

La primavera ya está aquí. Y es Semana Santa o Semana de Pasión, religiosa o no, ¿qué planes especiales habéis hecho esta semana tú y tu familia?
De momento no había planes muy elaborados, sólo iba a compartir el jueves santo en casa de mis padres lo que llamamos la celebración de los 7 Potajes, una reunión donde compartimos un almuerzo con 7 platos diferentes.
Gracias a varios de mis primos se organizó el almuerzo en la casa de uno de ellos donde se contó con los siguientes alimentos:
- Arroz con vegetales.
- Papas al vapor.
- Chiguire.
- Ensalada rusa.
- Rollo de carne.
- Refresco.
- Pan.
Eramos 26 personas. Todo estuvo muy bonito debido a que teníamos desde el año pasado que no nos reuníamos en grupo.
En ésta oportunidad los organizadores nos dieron una charla del origen de la celebración de los 7 potajes y su significado.
Fue un reencuentro muy ameno de charlar, ver como los chic@s han crecido, los adultos ahora tienen más canas, pero sobretodo ha sido la alegría de reunirnos, darnos un abarzo y sentir al que esta al lado.
Hubo una actividad que se realizó también relacionada con la Semana Santa y fue el Lavatorio de pies, donde dentro de cada familia lavavamos los pies hijos a padres, fue una ceremonia muy personal donde nos invitaron a agradecer y expresarle a aquella persona a quien se le lavaba los pies, gratitud, amor, lo que sintiera nuestro corazón, fue algo muy conmovedor para todos nosotros.
Realmente disfrute la reunión familiar, me llenó el corazón.

At the moment there were no very elaborate plans, I was only going to share on Holy Thursday at my parents' house what we call the celebration of the 7 Potajes, a gathering where we share lunch with 7 different dishes.
Thanks to several of my cousins, lunch was organized at the home of one of them, where the following foods were available:
- Rice with vegetables.
- Steamed potatoes.
- Chiguire.
- Russian salad.
- Meat roll.
- Soft drink.
- Bread.
We were 26 people. Everything was very nice because we had not met as a group since last year.
In this opportunity, the organizers gave us a talk about the origin of the celebration of the 7 potajes and its meaning.
It was a very pleasant reunion to chat, to see how the children have grown up, the adults now have more gray hair, but above all, it was the joy of getting together, hugging each other, and feeling the one who is next to us.
There was an activity that was also related to Holy Week and it was the Foot Washing, where within each family we washed the feet of children and parents, it was a very personal ceremony where we were invited to thank and express to the person whose feet were washed, gratitude, love, whatever our heartfelt, it was something very touching for all of us.
I enjoyed the family reunion, it filled my heart.
Hablando de primavera, ¿cuándo fue la última vez que recibiste un regalo de flores, de quién y para qué ocasión?
Esta parte si que me pone algo triste porque no recuerdo 😔, hace mucho tiempo recibí un ramo de flores... creo que fue mucho antes de la pandemia 😣😖😫. Tal vez fue un día de la madre, una flor con una tarjeta.
Bueno a pesar de que de fue hace mucho tiempo, la primavera no ha dejado de llegar 🌸, el sol no ha dejado de abrigar, escucho las aves en el parque, tengo frente a mi ventana árboles que simplemente alegran mi vista cuando florecen.🌻🌳
Speaking of spring, when was the last time you received a gift of flowers, from whom, and for what occasion?
This part does make me kind of sad because I don't remember 😔, a long time ago I received a bouquet of flowers... I think it was long before the pandemic 😣😖😫. Maybe it was mother's Day, a flower with a card.
Well even though it was a long time ago, spring hasn't stopped coming 🌸, the sun hasn't stopped warming, I listen to the birds in the park, and I have in front of my window trees that simply brighten my sight when they bloom.🌻🌳
