Greetings to everyone in the Ladies of Hive community! First of all Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope you are having a happy holiday season. It's been a long and very busy week, but I've seen a lot of good cheer from people. That being said, i'm joining the community in order to participate in Contest #217, with this post which is my entry. I will be answering the second question. Let's get started with it.

Ha sido una semana larga y muy movida, pero he visto muchos buenos ánimos en las personas. Dicho esto, me uno a la comunidad para poder participar en el Concurso #217, con esta publicación la cual es mi entrada. Estaré respondiendo a la segunda pregunta. Comencemos con ello.
Getting my Dental Assistant certificate
One of my most upcoming goals is to be able to finish my course to get my certificate as a Dental Assistant/Dental Hygienist. This is something I need in order to be able to work in the healthcare field with the necessary permits. In the first months of the year 2025 I hope to be able to reach the end of my course, thus completing my theoretical and practical studies, to move on to internships and validate my work. If everything continues as it is going, I will soon be able to achieve this goal.
Conseguir mi certificado cómo Asistente de Odontología
Una de mis metas más próximas es poder terminar mi curso para obtener mi certificado cómo Asistente Dental/Higienista Dental. Es algo que necesito para poder trabajar en el área de la salud con los permisos necesarios para ello. En los primeros meses del año 2025 espero poder llegar al fin de mi curso, completando así mis estudios teóricos y prácticos, para pasar a las pasantías y validar mi trabajo. Si todo sigue cómo va, pronto podré cumplir esta meta.
Fixing up my house
Currently I have had some technical problems in the apartment where I live, so it would be a great help to be able to get enough income to fix some things in the building. Luckily, they are not such big problems (changing the tiles, painting the house, fixing some pipes and replacing the doors), so with a little more effort, everything can be completed. That would give me a lot of peace of mind because it is an older apartment and we have not had the opportunity to complete the home of our dreams due to lack of resources.
Arreglar mi casa
Actualmente he tenido algunos problemas técnicos en el apartamento dónde vivo, así que sería de gran ayuda poder obtener ingresos suficientes para arreglar algunas cosas del inmueble. Por suerte, no son problemas tan grandes (cambiar cerámicas, pintar la casa, arreglar algunas tuberías y reemplazar las puertas), por lo que con un poco más de esfuerzo, se podrá completar todo. Eso me daría mucha tranquilidad pues es un apartamento con antigüedad y no hemos tenido la oportunidad de completar el hogar de nuestros sueños por falta de recursos.
Working on myself
I have always thought that there is no precise or more opportune moment to make changes than now. The day to day in which we live. Planning too much doesn't always lead to things being set in motion. So I try to address situations as soon as they occur, which generates some kind of change in myself or my environment. I just hope I can become more assertive as the years go by; improving my anxiety, finding pleasure in new activities, opening my mind to new things and not being so hard on myself.
Trabajar en mi persona
Siempre he pensado que no hay momento preciso o más oportuno para realizar cambios que el ahora. El día a día en el que vivimos. Planificar demasiado no siempre conlleva a que las cosas se pongan en marcha. Así que procuro abordar las situaciones en cuanto se dan, lo que genera algún tipo de cambio en mi persona o mi entorno. Solo espero poder ser más asertiva conforme los años pasan; mejorando mi ansiedad, encontrando placer en nuevas actividades, abriendo mi mente a nuevas cosas y no siendo tan dura conmigo misma.
Finally my friends, these are some of my goals for this year. Some go hand in hand with that intellectual aspect I like to dabble in, others are dedicated to my physical space and my environment, but all finally with a motive behind which is: to find wellness.
