If I was having a bad or not so good day or even a boring day, my go to desserts that raises my spirit is having to eat a cake, ot could any type of cake, I so much love eating cake because its so sweet and yummy that it could instantly make my not so good day be good, just the site of it brightens up my mood, and thats one the reasons I learnt how to bake.
Let me share a recipe for fruits cake
INGREDIENTS
• Flour
• soaked fruits (in alcohol)
• butter
• sugar
• tin milk
•Eggs
• best cream
• milk flavour
• sorbic acid
• baking powder
• flavour/browning
• Nuts (groundnut, oats, cashew nut, Almond, pecan,hazelnut etc)
RECIPE
For instance, you want to bake 250g of cake (fruit cake), firstly you measure a 250g of butter in a mixing bowl, 175g of sugar into the bowl and mix, while mixing make sure to stir like three to four times to make it is properly mixed, continue mixing for like an hour so as to make it fluffy.
Secondly, make sure to get accurate measurements of flour, sorbic acid, baking powder and flour, so since we’re making use of a 250g, add one tsp of baking powder, one leveled tsp of sorbic acid, one tsp of milk flavour in bowl, then add the sieved flour to make it amount to 250g and set aside
After mixing, crack your eggs into a bowl, please measure and make sure its up to 250g because this solely depends on the size of the eggs, make use of one best cream or any of choice, add it into the mixture and stir gently to only one side, add the some part of the eggs, and stir, add one tsp of vanilla flavor, scoop some flour into the mixture and stir only to one direction continuously, add some flour again and stir then some eggs and stir, do that till the flour finishes but make sure the eggs get in last, after that pour in a tin milke and stir very well, make there are no sign of eggs.
Put all the fruits in bag and break them a bit, and pour it inside and also add the soaked fruits and some browning to give a brown color, pour the batter into two pans and bake on low heat for an hour.
