2️⃣ How do you handle failure, and what do you learn from it?
Hello everyone, I welcome you to my blog. Happy anniversary to #ladies of hive community on reaching 200th edition.
I don't see failure as a bad thing. I rather see it as an opportunity for me to do better. When I try something and fail at it, I do it again until I get it, people see failure as negative and lack of good things but I try to put a positive side to it.
Failure is experienced by most people but not all, it doesn't define everyone personally. To me it determines maturity, actions and sensitivity to my environment. Looking back at myself, growing up I can now confidently say I have learnt, grown and prosper due to failure. If I didn't fail that means I haven't been trying and I am still in my comfort zone.
I accept the fact that I have made mistake, I tell myself I can do better and encourage myself to do better.
Part of what made me fail was because I didn't know how to express myself, I procrastinate a lot and I lack time management. I didn't know how to seek for help.
Failure has helped me to recognize my flaws, to make adjustments, with the mindset to succeed in the end. To learn the skills needed to reach my goal.
Instead of sitting to think about the past or the setback I have, I try to look forward to every new day with enthusiasm, because when there is life, there is hope.
