What is your beauty routine? Show us the steps, photos of your routine, and explain it all. Exactly two years ago, I remember that I started to pay attention to the importance of taking care of our face and body skin with the right products, it all started from the moment I started to apply makeup and I thank Hive for that, because it was here where I discovered that I had potential for this art. Without more to say, I'll tell you about my daily routine, it's super simple and basic, so you can also consider it and you'll see that you'll have very good results.
¡Hola a toda las damas de la comunidad de Ladies of Hive! ¡Bienvenidas una vez más a mi blog! Hoy estaré participando en el concurso #119, en donde, estaré respondiendo la segunda interrogante que dice ¿Cuál es tu rutina de belleza? Muéstranos los pasos, las fotos de tu rutina, y explícalo todo. Desde hace dos años exactamente, recuerdo que empecé a prestarle atención a la importancia que tiene cuidar nuestra piel del rostro y cuerpo con los productos indicados, todo empezó desde el momento que inicie a maquillarme y agradezco a Hive por eso, porque fue aquí donde descubrí que tenía potencial para este arte. Sin más que decir, les platico sobre mi rutina diaria, es súper sencilla y básica, así que también puedes considerarlo y verás que tendrás muy buenos resultados.
BASIC ROUTINE / RUTINA BÁSICA
1.- Cleaning
The first thing I usually do every time I get up in the morning and before going to sleep is to wash my face with soap and water, and I also love to use micellar water, as you can see in the attached picture, the function of this product is to remove, moisturize and clean our face deeply, clearly if you have makeup it is perfect because it will remove it very easily. In my case I usually put the product on a disposable cotton pad and wipe it all over my face.
Lo primero que realizo normalmente cada vez que me levanto en la mañanas y antes de acostarme a dormir es lavar mi rostro con agua y jabón, y también me encanta hacer uso del agua micelar, tal cual como lo observan en la fotografía adjuntada.La función que tiene este producto es remover, hidratar y limpiar nuestro rostro de manera profunda, claramente si tienes maquillaje es perfecto ya que lo retirará con mucha facilidad. En mi caso suelo depositar el producto en un algodón desechable y lo paso por todo mi rostro.
2.- Exfoliation
I usually do it with homemade products, either coffee or rice. For this occasion, I wanted to show you one of my favorite face masks, coffee masks. Every time coffee is made at home, I take the grounds that is what is left in the strainer and apply it on my face with a brush, you can apply a little coconut oil and sugar to the grounds, I love to use it alone. And then, at the end you leave it for about 10 minutes and remove it with enough water, dry it with a cloth exclusively for the face and that's it. You will have a deeply cleansed skin, plus it has an anti-inflammatory effect, calms the skin when it is reddened and helps control acne.
Por lo general, suelo realizarlo con productos caseros, ya sea de café o arroz. Para esta ocasión, quise mostrarles con una de mis mascarillas favoritas las de café. Cada vez que se realiza el café en casa, tomo la borra que es lo que queda en el colador y lo aplico en mi rostro con una brocha, puedes a dicha borra aplicarle un poco de aceite de coco y azúcar, a mi me encanta usarlo solo. Y pues, ya al final lo dejas por unos 10 minutos y retiras con suficiente agua, secas con paño exclusivo para el rostro y listo. Tendrás una piel profundamente limpia, además de que tiene un efecto antiflamatorio, calma la piel cuando está enrojecida y ayuda a controlar el acné.
3.- Protection and hydration
It is super essential to make use of sunscreen as it will help us avoid premature aging. In addition to this, hydration is very important, previously I used to increase the hydration in my face with hyaluronic acid, but, now I don't have it, I hope soon to make the respective purchase, apart, in relation to my lips I usually use the balm, also known as cocoa butter. And finally, a beauty routine for the skin cannot be complete if we do not pay attention to the daily consumption of 8 glasses of water a day. So, if you want to avoid having dry skin, start by accomplishing this step.
Es súper esencial hacer uso del protector solar ya que nos ayudará a evitar el envejecimiento prematuro. Sumado a ello, la hidratación es muy importante, anteriormente solía aumentar la hidratación en mi rostro con ácido hialurónico, pero, ahora no tengo, espero pronto hacer la respectiva compra, aparte, con relación a mis labios suelo utilizar el bálsamo, también conocido como manteca de cacao. Y finalmente, una rutina de belleza para la piel no puede estar completa si no prestamos atención al consumo diario de los 8 vasos de agua al día. Así que, si quieres evitar tener una piel seca, comienza por cumplir este paso.
