We should all be sensitive enough to recognize a veiled cry for help, keeping our instincts online. Many of us tend to be fixed in our writing schedule, then our curating schedule, whatever schedule and it all becomes rather mechanical and we can miss an important message the post writer needs to convey, especially from a friend who could use some timely encouragement.
You make a good point that goes beyond writing skills and cold numbers.
