Saludos a todos los hivers, hoy como siempre estoy aquí para participar de esta iniciativa numero #125 de la comunidad Ladies of Hive para esta semana propuesta por @tibaire, la cual nos invita a dar nuestra opinión sobre dos temas interesantes uno referente a la mujer y el otro tema bastante polémico, como lo es la Eutanasia del cual voy a dar mi opinión al respecto.
Greetings to all hivers, today as always I am here to participate in this initiative number #125 of the Ladies of Hive community this week proposed by @tibaire, which invites us to give our opinion on two interesting topics one concerning women and the other quite controversial topic, such as Euthanasia which I will give my opinion on it.
Según las leyes venezolanas, la Eutanasia como bien es sabido no esta permitida y va a la cárcel el que atente con la vida de manera intencional. Hay ya muchos países que si esta legalizado este procedimiento de dar fin a la vida de una manera asistida y con el consentimiento de la persona en cuestión.
According to Venezuelan law, Euthanasia as it is well known is not allowed and the person who intentionally attempts with life will go to jail. There are already many countries that legalize this procedure to end life in an assisted manner and with the consent of the person in question.
He escuchado de casos de pacientes, que sin su consentimiento, porque en ese momento no están conscientes, son desconectados por decisión de sus familiares, porque ya no le dan esperanzas de vida y a mi parecer se esta practicando la Eutanasia de forma ilegal.
I have heard of cases of patients, who without their consent, because at that moment they are not conscious, are disconnected by decision of their relatives, because they no longer give them hope of life and in my opinion Euthanasia is being practiced illegally.
La pregunta de esta iniciativa es la siguiente:
📌 Según Internet, la Eutanasia es la intervención voluntariamente aceptada por el paciente y realizada por un profesional médico, que acelera la muerte de un enfermo terminal, con la intención de evitarle sufrimientos y dolores innecesarios. ¿Estás de acuerdo con esta forma de morir, crees que dignifica a la persona en su decisión de cómo irse o, por el contrario, crees que no debería practicarse? Podrías argumentar tu punto de vista?
La eutanasia en mi opinión es muy controversial, ya que existe mucha polémica referente a esto. Depende el caso del paciente y su enfermedad terminal. Es una decisión muy personal que hay que respetar. Como exprese anteriormente, hay países que es legal y en otros no. Considero que la persona debe estar en su sano juicio para tomar semejante decisión. Y no estoy de acuerdo que los familiares del paciente que se encuentre en estado critico y terminal por alguna enfermedad u otro caso, tomen la decisión de acabar con la vida de esa persona ya que seria un acto de suicidio. También va a depender de la religión que se practique, en mi caso soy Católica y el que pone fin a la vida es Dios nadie mas, ni la Eutanasia activa y pasiva esta permitida, es un acto prohibido y penalizado.

Euthanasia in my opinion is very controversial, as there is a lot of controversy about it. It depends on the case of the patient and his or her terminal illness. It is a very personal decision that must be respected. As I said before, there are countries where it is legal and others where it is not. I consider that the person must be of sound mind to make such a decision. And I do not agree that the relatives of the patient who is in a critical and terminal state due to some illness or other case, should make the decision to end the life of that person, since it would be an act of suicide. It will also depend on the religion that is practiced, in my case I am Catholic and the one who puts an end to life is God no one else, nor active and passive Euthanasia is allowed, it is a prohibited and criminalized act.
