Hello, Ladies of Hive! This week's contest is quite intriguing, and I must compliment @thekittygirl for this interesting question.
But, really, would this work, a society of all women? —(barring, of course, the reproductive concerns of keeping our civilization in existence) — Could women live and work together in peace, building each other up? Or would basic human nature interfere and create rivalries and contention? What do you think?
The female gender have always wanted to be on the same level, have the same right with the male gender but I have never come across them asking to be left alone or stay without the opposite gender.

This wanting same level of respect and rights gave rise to a movement we now know as gender equality, and over the years it has been a herculean task for this movement activist. A challenging task for this activist because getting to talk the whole world to buying their movement as a lifestyle, is not as easy as it is been said.
Having an all women society, like the mythological Island Themyscira with no men is impossible, with a ninety nine percent impossibility.
Themyscira the all-women Island paradise was possible because it was a gift by the Greek gods, their reproduction happened through sculpting of sculptures and life now breathed into them, and their civilization was if the Greeks.
Themyscira was possible because everyone on the island were built and trained to be warriors and had been appointed a ruler by the god's, they were all in agreement and they were ruled by Queen Hippolyta.

In present time, it is impossible to have a society full of women, there could be Amazonians amongst them but there definitely would be weaklings there too.
When there's a society full of women with no men, reproduction cease to happen and an end to be the race would begin.
Not every woman has the nature of ruling, women were made by God to be submissive. It is a reality that there's this certain character in women that for no reason develop hate for her fellow gender, this hatred is developed either by possessions which one amongst may lack or jealousy arising because one relates well with the other and there's an unnecessary feeling of replacement by their pair.
A woman society has no hope of existing, God himself would not be in support of it, He wasn't in support of it in the beginning and nothing is going to change that.
