The percentage of women in the STEM field (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) is not close at all to the percentage of the male gender. Although, there have been a significant number of women going into the stem field since the world is now embracing education and technology more than it has ever; women are now getting into these field and making meaningful impact and impart. Here in my school, there are hundreds of ladies studying or into these fields already.
I am glad that gone are those days when it was believed that ladies are meant to be just in the house, kitchen and seen as a tool for sex and multiplication of the human race. More respects are accorded to them and they also are putting up the good fight, skill and knowledge needed to completely eradicate those ill-belief about women and rather be seen and qualified for many roles in the STEM field and even beyond. It is actually a good thing to see women in the tech space nowadays, writing codes, building user friendly interface, UI/UX, cyber security, data analysis, Web 3.0, A.I machine learning, etc. I can't wait to see how much women will be in the STEM field making great impact in the next coming 5-7 years.
Just last year, I encouraged my first sister to get into the online world and check carefully any role of tech that she will interest her. This year, she is planning on starting her data analyst career and should get her laptop soon. Can't wait to see her making great impact in the tech field, also, inspiring and encouraging others to join the tech world.
Women are the balance to the world, there is no life without our women. Woman are the true definition of beauty and love, they compliment the other gender better. What exactly will the world look like if there are no women at all; I don't think it will be good at all.
Mothers: oh these set of women are the best, I can say mothers are the best version of female and the last category (girl, lady and then woman). Mothers are the ones that allow the continuation of the human race, without them the human specie would have gone extinct years far before now. Mothers love genuinely and strongly, they see that they give their all to raise their children and build a good home for them with the husband.
My mother (and my dad) are so important in my life. They have raised, groomed and trained me in their best efforts to see that I turn out well and most importantly loved. I experienced love while growing up. I know what it means to have a mother in the house and how it feels when she is not around for long; seems like there is an unseen imbalance in the house. Her care, talk, nags, teachings, advices, food, etc makes it impossible to forget her role in my life.
Ladies: can we guys enjoy this life without our ladies. Let's talk about our sisters, how they care about us even in the most annoying way, how they express their like and dislike for our dressing, friends and other choices. How our sisters take the role of our mothers from early age especially when our mother are not around and they do the cooking, washing and cleaning of house,etc. My sisters are the kind of sisters I can't trade for another; we were not very close while growing up but we now love and support each other more than we ever did.
