Just reading it makes me smile. I think she felt really moved by what he said, and then they hugged each other to support each other.
I read other tweets commenting on it. Many of them shared their heartwarming experiences with their understanding husbands. Some of them were:

Aw, so sweet!
It's nice to see or read stories about husbands who truly love their wives, are understanding, and treat their wives so sweetly and equal. Especially when the story concerns their struggle together in trying to have children, limiting pregnancies, or raising children.
But some comments also share that their husbands treat them badly. Some husbands treat their wives like a child-making machine. They only want offspring, they don't care about the biological processes and the physical and psychological impacts experienced by women during and after childbirth.
Those kinds of husbands don't care if their wives give birth or have a miscarriage, which many times will endanger the wife's life. They don't allow their wives to participate in family planning to limit pregnancies, but they also don't want to do it.
If they don't have children, they will blame their wives for being barren without wanting to check themselves. Very often, they'll leave their wives, whom they thought were unable to have children. Such treatment is, of course, unfair to the women because she has to carry all the burden.
Back to the topic.
My own experience, I've been married for almost 10 years, but we don't have children yet. I have a condition that is not like that of other normal women, which makes it difficult for me to get pregnant. I have known about this condition since I was a teenager, and I honestly told my boyfriend (who is now my husband) before we got married.
Luckily, my husband is very understanding. He said he was very grateful to have me, it's okay if we don't have children, because being with me is already a bless for him. So sweet! He even gave understanding to his parents not to demand grandchildren from us.
I’m so grateful to have a husband like him. For almost 10 years, we're not just husband and wife, but also are best friends and boyfriend-girlfriend.
Hopefully more and more women will have loving husbands who treat their wives in the best way.
