Weekly blog (a Week of Healing)

in #hive-1251258 months ago

so These Days have been a bit busy for me since i was so focused on my Healing and health . New content is coming soon but here is a Little update on how i spent my last week and how things went. Ramadan is almost over but im not over it. I really will miss the goid quality family time, worshipping and fasting especially. The month taught me alot and also taught me sabar. So as we enjoy last few days here is the update.

On Monday i actually was stuck to my March Plan and i just did some gesture pose drawing these were like five minute mannequin poses. One thing i would say is first drawing fast and quick poses were messy but they teach you alot about observation and how to identify and draw things so this practice daily has improved my drawing alot.

On Tuesday i was actually up on my roof and Sttar jasmines were blooming its almost summer so seeing flowers still bloom just makes me ultra happy . I have many types of Jasmine plants like mogra, jasmine, and these star jasmines but these are my favorite because they just bloom in alot of quantity.

On Wednesday i didn't do much because i was feeling really sick and tired so i rested and this was my ifttaar . You can see im very much careful about making sure im taking nutritional portions. Like this Rose syrup drink, with a portion of Bean salad, then we have fruits and for carbs im taking aloo wada and pakoras with dates. Thats was my iftaar on Wednesday very simple and you can see im taking proteins and carbs fibr even.

On Thursday i was making healthy date balls for my family its like Ladoos but with roasted flaxseeds, sesame seeds, jjagery, dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and some cardamom Ground the dry ingredients together boiled jagery and deseeded dates together and made a paste and mixed them together mmade these ladoos and tbh these really are game changers in sahoor instead of multi vitamins i now make these as a healthy snack for my family.

On Friday again not much to do i was juust resting because i was really very sick and here is my Iftaar. So i keep fruits as my Biggest Portion while i also took some chickpea salad and a potato corn dog with a samosa and dates are compulsory. Fruits are a must because we all need to regulate our blood sugar with natural things.

On Saturday i watched a movie Called Pearl its a must watch the Acting of the girl playing pearl is just our of the world and the realistic horror jump scares everything is filmed flawless. i rare it 9/10

On Sunday i actually photographed the sky and got out walked a bit so this picture is from that time. Ramadan is the month to detoxify and when you detox you feel lighter and free and this month has brought alot of peace to me.

That's all for today Thank you for your precious time and support ❤
