Solving the Unsolvable Problems

There are situations in the life when there are too many problems out there. Like one problem after another. And the life just gets stacked up in the problems and you literally have all the problems in the world in your hands. Which goes to show that in order to solve the problems you have to think differently.

What can be donein order to solve some of the unsolveable problems? Which approach is the right one when it comes to solving the problems? Which approach does not work?

In this post, I intend to solve some of those problems here.

Understanding the Problem

Biggest part of the solving problem is knowing the problem. And that makes you understand how it can be solved in much better way. Like where are the loopholes and where are the places where you can cheat the problem. That is possible to know when you understand the problem.

Break down the Problem

Like you have the problem and it is going to attack you in the pattern. You have to understand the problem and it's priority of the attack. When you break it down all the way to the problem areas you get to solve it in a different way. Which gives you an understanding of it's pattern of attack.

SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)

Every problem has it's set of areas. Like where it would have the strength and the weakness. And when you think of those areas you understand where the threats are going to hurt and what sort of the opportunities it would be bringing to us as well. So in such case you find the direction of the solution. Most of the time this part of the understanding of the problem is like half of your problem is understood and managed.

Scenario Planning

This one is my favorite. You know the problem but you don't know the solution which means you have to create scenario for each problem solving attempt. And this would create a scenario that is likely to solve the problem. Now your job is to brainstorm and take each problem as it comes through such scenario. This planning and execution alone would make it easier to find the final solution.

Now comes the time where you have to remain calm and try to find the scenario planning. You have to simulate and then let the solution move ahead one problem at a time and a lot of course correction.
