Refreshing post: Summer is for Drinks!

in #hive-125125last year

With this blog, I participate in #EcencyDiscord contest with this week topic "Summer Drinks": https://ecency.com/@mypathtofire/ecency-discord-topic-amazing-summer

All the photos in this post I took myself, specially for this contest.

Water is life, I often drink pure water and put a bottle to my backpack, when I go out. In winter I prefer to prepare hot chocolate or instant coffee from 'Three in one' packages.

But not in the Summer - Summer belongs to soda. 😘

I dont have any strict preferences, and often buy any package that I like the look of. I'm like a moth flying into the light!

I have a little collection of my fave soda cans - I keep them on the shelf and in a cardboard box. Note the Pepsi and Coca-Cola soda below:

Now you cant buy any Coca-Cola or Pepsi of Fanta or Sprite where I live - my Dad told me that "those companies left the country". Of course, the room did not left vacant for too long, now dozens of other soda titles are produced by the local companies, of course including Cola. Russian government is running the policy named 'import substitution'.

We took a visit to the local shop to take some pics for the contest, and left with one bottle of Cola, to make more pictures of it at home, and of course to drink it, in the evening when I was playing my favourite game Genshine.

This tasty soda has a kiwi+cacti flavour. Nice!

So, speaking about the Cola....

There is 'Good Cola' in a few varieties.

There is 'Cool Cola' available. The label is champion in terms of visibility, but the taste is not the best.

And there is 'Chillout Cola', with more lovely and noble label design. (According to the label, it is produced in the town of Chernogolovka).

And this is what we choose to pick up.

When we returned home, dad put it to the fridge for a cool-down, and I slightly forgot about it. 😯

So, when we took it back a few hours later it was like this: more than cool, it became frosty and icy!

I had no objections to that, cause we have 30 degrees outside, and more cool is cool.

The store has at the checkpoint this locked counter with the liquors.

I am not well acquainted with this sort of drinks (yet), that is a question of time when I grow up. 😁

Thanks for sharing your summer soda drinks. I have not seen these types of cola before. I hope that the ice cold one was very refreshing.

Well, these are the products of local Russian food producers, its not very intresting, but it is refreshing! If you can buy Coca-Cola in the local store, nothing to bother about. Have a cool summer! 🐳🐳🐳 And thanks for this nice topic, it is going so well with the hot summer!

Yay! 🤗
