There are somethings in which we do as individuals maybe knowing or unknowning that really paves great way for us. In an much as we might not bear anything in mind. In a hair saloon in which we might go to plait hair the madam is really the owner of the payment and don't share with the apprentice but a little tip would always go a long way to the person.
Tipping is a money in which is given to someone in appreciation in one way or tge very other for services done either directly or indirectly. The people that tips people in a company might also not really have gotten any services from them but seeing them in the work area might really decide to do what in which they want to do for them.
One thing is that it is really optional and should be done at free will it is not what one should be mandated to do it might be necessary but it a not a must. It is really a culture i think it is amazing as a thing in which we do willingly and without being force. One thing is that giving really comes from the Heart and when we give we are the one doing it without influence or what, no one told us fo give in one way or the other.
In tipping i also feel it is good in the culture as it is also a way of giving to people and when we do that the happiness in their faces and good wishes 🙏 is really a great thing.
Tipping is necessary and when we can we can always do it for people.
