I am not a heavy user of ATM card and this is the first time I saw an ATM card dispenser. Based on your story, it seems that this machine creates new ATM cards on the spot when the user requested it.

I don't know if there is such a machine in my country. If it does exist then that would be a great time saver.

    It was my first time as well, I don't really how it exists, and the beautiful thing about it is that in less than three minutes you are done with the process.
