Good day dear mates! this story began almost 3 months ago. Or no maybe once upon a time. Not honestly my acquaintance with Ecency began somewhere in August when I tried to find something suitable for me, that allow me to stay in touch even when my laptop not with me. And I decided to try Ecency app. And since that moment our relationship began.
Using the app every day, I found that I liked it more and more. Especially when I discovered Waves and Notifications. In my case I'd like to start from Waves!
For Me, waves provide an opportunity to share feelings, emotions and short content without creating large posts. But at the same time being able to convey the essence of what is happening and how it's important for me. Like it was yesterday when I was celebrating my birthday or when first snow came to my region. Also I can share with others in waves that I published new post. But maybe honestly it's not the best way to promote content. If to compare waves with Leo threads for me it's more convenient to use waves than threads.
Now let's move to notifications which allows not only to see in real time mode that your post has been upvoted by somebody, but also to receive notifications about new comments or new post from favorite authors. For mobile app it has it's own section/page. Or this small wonderful bell at the right corner at web interface
Another one feature which deserves honorable mention is Ecency points. I think so because it brings gamification component for users. And in my opinion it is big advantage of Ecency. In my opinion maybe once ecency points should appear on hive-engine but it should decide community and not only me.
Also I should mention that now is available new updated Ecency proposal which I strongly recommend to support. I think it deserves of your support considering that for last year in ecency were implemented so many important features like:
- Already mentioned by me Notifications;
- Waves;
- 3Speak video;
- Wallet
And other important things. In the future there will be implemented many new features and I think they will also so excited like that which we already have!
