Hi all, it is the 1st of November 2024, and we are left with just 2 more months in 2024. And being the first day of the month, it is Hive Power Up Day! After a taking a short break in September and continue charging for in the month of October, it felt really great to come back after a recharge. And for me, my goal that I've set is definitely in sight and ahead of my expectation. Let's continue to show our support for the blockchain we all love and a fair bit of time on and take part in Hive Power Up Day!
I have participated in Hive Power Up Day since October 2022, the journey since then had been nothing less than awesome. I still remembered how I started with 315HP back then when I first participated in this Power Up initiative. From that month on, on every month running, I would try my best to take part and show my support to the blockchain. Hive is an amazing community where everyone helps everyone and I and many others are testimonials of receiving help and support from various individuals from the community. And from there I continue to grow and lend support to others to help them grow as well.
Hive Power Up Day, What is it?
Hive Power Up Day occurs on the first day of each month where people come together to stake their Hive to become Hive Power. Through this, our account gets powered up.

By powering up our account, what does it bring?
- Increase our influence in the block chain, in terms of voting power on content, witnesses and proposals
- With a much higher Hive Power, we get more curation rewards and improve our earnings.
- Passive earning of 3% per annum

Hive Power Up October Month 2024
In the month of October, after a technical shutdown imposed on myself in September during my trip in Boise, USA, I've managed to once again able to achieve the requirements for Hive Power Up Month.
My growth in HP in the month of October manage to catch up gathered me 575 HP which I am really glad to have all your support to allow me to grow to this amount, especially after the slow down I had in September
After breaking the streak accumulated for so long, I have once again kick start and hope to keep myself consistent to produce good content for the communities.

Concluding
I am really thankful that I am able to be bounce back to usual for my growth upon putting back my focus after the technical shutdown. And I do feel really recharged coming into the month of October. And now it is November where we have 2 more months to do what we need to do for the year and prepare ourselves for 2025. If you are still a distance away from your goal, time to step on it. And if you're done with your goal, good job and stretch yourself a little and see how much more you can grow. If you haven't take part in the HPUD, start powering up and increase your influence in the blockchain!
I am working in the background to enable some form of passive earning to fund the next Hive Power Day, it might not be able to fund sufficiently right now for even 1 Hive per month, but with consistency in building of what I am doing, I am certain one day it will be able to fund the base requirement for the power up day! At this moment, the accumulation is growing bit by bit and I should be able to fund approximately 1/10 of the 10HP minimum requirement to take part in the Hive Power Up Day and slowly increase that amount as we progress. I am still in the midst of assembling my content for my US trip and hoping to share with you all when I am ready to post on them, look out for it.
