I feel this is basically why this community was created to give you a room, a space to reminisce, to reflect, to relive those moments, event that left a mark, something to always comeback for.
Personally i'm someone who loves to relive some of my moments, whether happy or sad, i recollects this moments cause they somehow affects my presents and guide me into the future, taking the next step, planning, strategizing and execution, this is basically how i live mylife, on course, and this is how the world works, everything feeds on past data to predict the possible next outcome of event, for instancs those dealing with forex trading or the crypto space will usually go back in time to trace and track charts of a particular currency pairs, or you can say historians politicians, government who will rely heavily on past data to be able to enact policies that will foster growth and prosperity of their country.
If you want to go far go with the crowd but if you wish to fast go alone
but i'm not a man of the crowd, i love my space, i love being me, mostly alone were i can collects and recollects my thoughts, i'm always one step ahead of my actions, so before i do anything i already created a prototype of it in my head and i must have analyze the entire scene in my head and so acting now takes on that predestined path.
Now if you check this out on a military standpoint you, understand it is necessary to retrospect most times, cause whenever in the middle of a cross road or facing serious defeat or setbacks the best strategy at that point is to retrieve then restrategise, plan and relaunch, when that is done it gives you a fresh new energy to launch foreward, a new heads up....
Bring that back to our personal lives when we've come to that point were it seems everything is so overwhelming, choked up, like we are lost, don't know what to do, where to go, or who to turn to, in those moments you simply just pause for a second and retrace your steps.
Yah sometimes motivations feels great, amazing talks to lifts your spirit, but then it is much better to regain stamina and relaunch, instead of walking into that trap head on, pausing for a moment can help clear your sight and give you a better view of whats to come.
Probably in a Relationship most times its better to take a little break to clear the air and begin again instead of living together were things aren't working, when your head is filled up with thoughts of depression or whatever, stop right there and take a walk, stroll out, change a course, trying to write? But lost ideas or insight on how and were to begin or continue? Pause take a break, refresh and comeback...its much better than forcing your self into something unsure.
