Life comes in phases and batches and in each of those phases we come across people from all works of life, the good, the bad and the ugly, as well as the experiences that helped shape our lives based on the circumstances and situations we encounter in each of these phase, they all moulding us into someone better, as we grow and conquer each of the phases, but here's the most important part of it, in these phases we encounter those who share the same life's perspective, goals, vision, target we easily aligned with them cause of it, creating valueable relationships along the way, creating correspondence among those we come across, who share the same sense of purpose and value, goal driven individuals that add value to ourlives pursing purpose with clear vision.
They can influence us to pursue a higher sense of purpose, to become more of ouselves, to be the best aiming for the stars, getting on track and staying the course, not everyone you come in contact with actually share the same ideal sense of purpose, one must be smart enough to note this down, so as not to go as stray wasting precious time and realising late how far we have gone the wrong way.
Take for instance, when you are waiting for the bus or at the train station, you wait there cause you know that that train or bus is headed towards a particular direction and when you onboard everyone in that bus or train are headed that same direction if you notice once a bust stops not everyone get on it, because that bus is not headed their particular route in the city despite headed that direction, so is life, some people will just mistake and jump on the bus, just to realise later that the bus is not going their particular route, so they will have to take another bus back to their original bus station then wait for the bus that is now going their way, real life senerio especially for a visitor, but once you are in the right bus its easy to get to your destination fast and on time.....
There is always a need for us to be intentional about the kind of people we mingle with, if you are with the right set of people-just like in the bus everyone there is headed one direction its easier, faster, save time and more convenient, they easy to flow together accomplish things with ease on time than going along with the wrong set of people, wasting precious time only to realise later.
Being intentional about relationships demands a lot from us, most time we meet people along the way, that don't seem like it, probably because of the circumstance or situations around them, we over look certain potentials, it is one aspect about me that i have to be very honest about i don't joke with those meet, i very careful to observe and study the character of those around me, are we aligned? In some point, is there a common ground? I have to sense value coming from their end, i hate downgrading people cause we can never tell tomorrow if the table can turn out it, but first i'm sure to establish my footing so i'm not mislead by whatsoever medium of deception to sway me off my track, but if i sense value, i cherish every moment careful enough to observe and take it all in.
I understand no human is completely perfect and all right and okay in every sense so what i do, under whatsoever circumstance we meet, i try to aligned and make sure there is something of importance i take home from our encounter, whoever i meet there is a side to you, i take with me, so i'm always careful not to allow just anyone into my circle.

CONCLUSION
People are different in everyway, we are not built the same way we have different background and upbringing which has helped shaped our lives, different perspectives about life, so in all of these there are those who happens to share the background, upbringing and perspective to life, if we find them, keep them, value them, for there is a long time effect to every relationship we Create now.
