In our permanent search for happiness and well-being we often feel dissatisfied and we tend to forget about all the blessings that life has given us and we constantly wish to have more things to feel more satisfied, but this false desire has no end and without realizing it we accumulate things thinking that happiness is in possessing material things because the more we have the more we want and, on the other hand, we also constantly resist and refuse to accept certain circumstances and adversities that life presents us and this is something very natural that does not make us unhappy and dissatisfied beings.

but true happiness lies in the ability we have to accept our reality as it is and find gratitude in every blessing that life gives us and adapt to reality as it is and stop resisting problems and situations that we cannot change this helps us to free ourselves from the feeling caused by resistance and denial and allows us to find greater inner peace reducing stress and anxiety because it allows us to flow with the circumstances and adapt to change

gratitude on the other hand helps us to recognize appreciate the blessings we have in life is a conscious attitude of valuing the good things we do have instead of focusing only on what we don't have by practicing more gratitude in our day to day lives we change our perspective and focus on abundance instead of scarcity and lack this allows us to find joy in the little things in life.

Happiness does not consist in the constant search for what we do not have, but in loving and appreciating what is already present in our lives.
