Let's be love without violence…

Women are still vulnerable, from every point of view.

There are so many reports of abuse, where there are women who keep silent because they are threatened with death if they say a word about what happened, others become accomplices of the perpetrator, they even do it with other previous partners with whom they had lived the same event.

In short, we continue to be abused, physically, emotionally, psychologically and sexually. We are more than we think; but this topic is so badass that sometimes we prefer to shut it up and hope that time will cure everything.

It is a cycle that repeats itself one and a thousand more times and only we women must break it with responsibility, with knowledge, with psychological support and with the tools that we have available.

I continue to raise awareness through my volunteering that it is an antidote to loneliness and suffering about violence against women, in all places, places in my environment where I make a life, and I keep telling everyone that although it seems very difficult, there are ways out.

In my experience, spending time helping others can transform lives and can benefit our mental health and that of those around us.

This work has been a gift to my life, I have received more than I have contributed.

Let us be more than what society has imposed on us; let us be love without violence, if not, with the awareness that neither we, nor anyone deserves to be mistreated, humiliated, violated or abused.

Extremes destroy, they do not build anything good.

In many countries there are still many women who are oppressed, for cultural and religious reasons. In these countries, they do not have the same rights as the others. Many women around the world continue to be victims of physical, psychological and emotional assaults; some even end up dead.

And at work, many do not receive fair wages, despite having more studies than their male colleagues. There is still sexism in today's societies. We even see it on social networks, when a woman gives her opinion about "X" thing and is offended, insulted and judged by sexists. That's why this day is celebrated, to remind us all that we must continue fighting for our rights and work on our self-esteem to recognize our value and set healthy boundaries.

I celebrate women, even though in my vision of things and life, honoring and recognizing them should be a daily task, not only on March 8, because we are women today, tomorrow and always, although I understand the historical moment that led to choosing this date to commemorate women.

The struggle of the brave women of the past, whose sacrifices paved the way for today's women to lead, undertake and reach unimaginable heights, is honored.

Where every woman is a unique chapter of a collective story: mothers who balance dreams and realities, wives who defy convention, daughters who inherit boldness, sisters who build bridges, friends who sustain dreams.

Each of us beats like a single heartbeat, full of strength, grace, wisdom and resilience.

The historical approach is commemorative, but we should be celebrated every day of the world…

Women's Day, in my opinion, is not a celebration because we simply exist as women, but rather to reflect on the struggle and integration of women into society. It is a day to remember that we have the same rights as men and to continue moving towards equality in all aspects of life: work, legal and social.

I dreamed this photo, on my recent visit to Cartagena de India, in Colombia, this is a sample of the daily life of how these hardworking, intelligent, life-giving peacemaker women celebrate their day and therefore important pillars in our civilization.

I am grateful and honored to be able to sow seeds of change, which are blooming from today, to continue building the legacy we carry, and the future we are having, together Let us not forget! All right?. I'm waiting for you in the comments, let's talk about this day and its meaning, I would like to read to you.

Janitze.

This particular paragraph caught my attention so well. It's faithfully and truly inspiring! Your dedication to raising awareness and offering hope in the face of such challenging issues is commendable. Keep shining your light and making a difference in your community. Your efforts are invaluable.
