Think my cards were nagging me about similar things, I got Wheel of Fortune (abundance, faith, opportunity) and Four of Wands (working with others towards common purpose) multiple times this week (and last week and I can't remember about the week before but they do like to come up a bit).

I had to laugh about the dream logic of getting a $5 note after someone added the missing dollar to your $4 note, especially when it makes perfect sense for that to happen in the dream and then you wake up and go okay then XD

ps hope you're feeling better now, the "cleansing" doesn't sound particularly pleasant x_x

Yeap, Four of Wands right there at the end of my friend's reading, very beautiful.

I found the bill thing amusing as well. The $4 banknote was almost like plastic and the colors were very bright. I suppose it could've been a reference to a credit or debit card as well.

Yes, everything's fine, the process took only a couple of days. It was indeed not pleasant, but it wasn't terrible either. Having consumed psychedelics in ceremonial contexts before, these bodily operations have taken on a very different vibe for me, hahaha.
