I've wanted to do a contest for a while now with a changing theme, perhaps each week-perhaps even more often if the engagement is good.

Holy moly! This one is so good, these guys are really trying to push each other to the limits. It was the late 80s and think people like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane and Kool G Rap we're really elevating the artform with their lyrics....I kind of am particularly fond of when G Rap says "I put out more lights in a fight then Come Edison." Him and Big Daddy Kane back to back verses at the end are some of the hardest hitting verses anywhere, period end of story😉
