It was a blue dawn. The year was 2006. 22 of November is the exact date. I bought my first DSLR camera five or six months earlier if I remember correctly. On the 22 of November, I spent some time experimenting with long exposures by the sea. From a certain angle, and with the right amount of zooming, the small coastal rock protruding from the shallows at high tide looked like a real island surrounded by a mysterious misty sea.

And that's it. An old blue scene for this sunny November Monday.

It was early in the morning before the sun appears in the sky. Everything is more blue than usual in those moments. Furthermore, the long exposure made the small waves look like a mist above the water.

I visited many islands becouse many of them aren't far from where I live. 😃 There are five small ones, more like islets, in the bay of my hometown. There are hundreds of islands in the Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea. I visited a few.
😃 If the price of Hive reaches the price of Bitcoin, most Hivers will have a private island or two. Hopefully, there will be enough islands on sale on this planet.

Yep, you got it. I definitely thought I was looking at an island, or at least a large rock formation. The white areas (probably pools of water) even look like the roofs of houses.

Well, the place was only about a meter and a half above the sea level. 🙂 I was standing on the rocky beach, very close to the sea. The "island" shown in the picture is actually a piece of rock in the shallows.
