I was having a toothache. After enduring a constant pain, last two days I call it a quit, and I need to go to the dental clinic that is nearby where I am staying. I told my boss I will be on MC due to toothache.
Once I was at the dental clinic, I was given a number and I need to wait until my number is called. After 30 minutes of waiting, finally my number was called and I need to go to the Surgery Room #1.
Inside the room were the dentist and his nurse / assistance. I told the dentist of my problem, and he ask me to lay down on the dental engine. He then proceed to do a checking, and told me that my gum has started to swell. His further diagnosis is my teeth need to be pulled out since the root has died.
For time being, he can only give me an antibiotic and painkiller. He can't do anything until the swelling subside. After the swelling has gone, I need to come back to the dental clinic for tooth extraction.
While I was walking out of the consultation room, I saw this sign for Surgery Room 3. The sign was simple and clean, thus giving the sense of minimalism.
A dental engine is a large chair-side appliance (often including the chair itself) for use in a dentist's office. Wikipedia Source Link
