The planet Earth is referred to as Mother Earth, a woman who guards its resources. Mother Earth is a personification of nature that emphasizes nature's sustaining and nurturing qualities by taking on the role of a mother. The Earth is our mother, feeding and defending us constantly by providing us with fresh air to breathe, clean water to drink, food to eat, and herbals to treat our illnesses. Mother Earth also provides us with resources for building homes and other buildings out of trees. She also gives animals a place to live and food to eat.
Today's world is more technologically advanced. Everything happens instantly. Some of our leaders have become wiser, though some have, regrettably, become harsher. We conveniently ignore and forget about Mother Earth in the midst of all of these developments. We got self-centered by taking advantage of their kindness in abundance. Since the earth meets our needs, saving it is crucial. The sole thing required for our survival is this planet. We have a responsibility to protect it since it gives food and water to all other living things.
We people have been doing things for a very long time that harm the planet. Mother Nature is continually being destroyed by us. It is clear at this point that we are being punished for our wrongdoings. Currently, pollution on earth is a result of destructive human activity. Numerous human activities such as overpopulation, pollution, the burning of fossil fuels, and deforestation have a negative effect on the physical environment. The repercussions of climate change, such as temperature rise, drought, typhoons, landslides, and wildfires, among others, are getting worse as a result of these harmful actions. Numerous other stresses and the combined consequences of these issues may also have a significant negative influence on ecosystem processes. And such disasters still pose a hazard to people and property all over the world.
Therefore, in order to repay all she accomplished and gave us, protecting our mother planet is the only thing we can do because saving Mother Earth means saving our future generations. And in order to protect our mother earth from harmful activities, we must perform our obligations and work toward keeping it green and clean. By promoting environmental consciousness, we can honor the land as a mother. Future-oriented programs that will benefit our world can be created, like placing more trees, never permit someone to cut down trees, protecting wildlife, being vocal and in writing about polluting industries, pleading with the government to utilize unconventional energy sources, educating the public on the value of protecting the environment and the various steps that may be taken to preserve the land, the wildlife, and the forests, clean and green operations, making campaigns for eliminating waste, and other small or big things that can contribute in saving our Mother Earth. And as stated in the early chapters Mother Earth is our home, and it is our responsibility to protect it! So what are you waiting for? Stop wasting time on pointless activities and start looking for and taking action that will benefit our future.
