I am trying a new idea by including short videos with my insect photos.
This little female Epaulet Skimmer is the first one that we will have a look at.
Oh yes, I take photos and make short video's nowadays of everything that I see in nature. We are blessed with a wide variety of Mother nature's residents and it's always a click away for my hungry camera.
So here I have two insect subjects, the first to test your eyes and the second to amaze you.
Come and see.
You can now start to have a look for the dragonfly in the tree at the right above our roof.
Can't see it? What about in the yellow circle below?
Come on now you have to see it sitting on a twig below the branch.
Near the middle of the picture.
The specie name is Epaulet Skimmer(Orthetrum chrysostigma)
In this short video you will see how cute this dragonfly is.
Right, now for another insect, namely a Moth.
It looked like one of the Cotton Bollworm moths, as they are known to fly during the day.
And finally a short video to watch the moth in action.
It takes all kinds of people to make this world and just so it takes all kinds of insects to keep the eco-system in nature (their world) going.
I will also hand these photos and videos over to some child educators at one of our partner non-profits for their biology classes.
The thing is that I have a very simple worldview that is based on, to live and to let live. Kindness can make things so much easier in life for all of us and forgiveness play a major part to keep our heads above the water.
Hatred and revenge is pure poison and the true saying of, you shall reap what you sow, should be in our minds at all times in what we say and do.
Just my own way of life here.
And That's All Friends!
