dress with square neckline and side leg slit

un saludo mi querida comunidad @needleworkmonday esta vez les comparto un proyecto muy especial como es un vestido con escote cuadrado y abertura lateral en la pierna, elaborado en una tela de terciopelo stretch en color negro muy suave y cómoda que se adapta muy bien al cuerpo. Este vestido lo realice para mi hija quien tenia una invitacion para una fiesta y quería lucir algo diferente. Este fue el diseño que ella escogió, me lo dibujo con todos los detalles muy bien especificados y gracias a Dios el resultado fue el esperado, le quedo muy lindo y ademas pude complacerla para luciera muy bien en la fiesta.

Greetings my dear community @needleworkmonday this time I share with you a very special project as it is a dress with square neckline and side slit in the leg, made in a stretch velvet fabric in black color very soft and comfortable that fits very well to the body. I made this dress for my daughter who had an invitation to a party and she wanted to wear something different. This was the design she chose, I drew it with all the details very well specified and thank God the result was as expected, it was very nice and also I could please her to look great at the party.

Iniciamos este nuevo proyecto como es un vestido con escote cuadrado y abertura lateral en la pierna, primeramente vamos a cortar todas las piezas que necesitamos en este caso para este diseño solamente debemos cortar una parte delantera y espalda como tambien las mangas y de igual manera unimos ambas piezas por los hombros como acostumbramos al realizar cualquier blusa

We start this new project as it is a dress with square neckline and side leg opening, first we will cut all the pieces we need in this case for this design we only need to cut a front and back as well as the sleeves and also join both pieces by the shoulders as we are used to make any blouse.

Luego cortamos una pieza que con la misma forma exacta del cuello para coser encontrando cara con cara por el derecho y luego volteamos para que nos quede oculta por el revés de la tela, seguidamente sobre pisamos con una costura por todo el borde del cuello, para finalmente coser las mangas

Then we cut a piece with the same exact shape of the collar to sew, meeting face to face on the right side and then we turn it over so that it is hidden by the back of the fabric, then we step on it with a seam all along the edge of the collar, and finally we sew the sleeves.

Ahora cerramos por ambos costados, dejando uno de ello con el largo de la abertura lateral deseada y en esta cosemos un doblez por todo su borde, como tambien por todo el ruedo del vestido al igual que en el contorno de las mangas

Now we close both sides, leaving one of them with the length of the desired side opening and sew a fold around the edge, as well as around the hem of the dress and around the sleeves.

Por ultimo hacemos unas tiras finas, las cuales vamos a colocar en la parte dela espalda cruzada o de la forma que ustedes mas les guste

Finally we make some thin strips, which we are going to place in the back crossed or in the way that you like the most.
