Hello hivans,
A beautiful morning to you all, trust you all are doing perfectly fine. It’s been an hectic week for me as we all know, have been battle with malaria and thyroid but thank God am back to my two feet now friends, I love you all so much thanks you everyone that prayed and wished me quick recovery am so happy that have found a family who truly cares for me just like my won biological family over here, am so happy am loved by you all and cared for too by you all so I want to take out some time to really appreciate those that wished me well and I say God bless you all amen. So guys as you all know during that period, I didn’t really feel okay to work I just had to work a bit and stop so it won’t affect my health and some of my clients that couldn’t be patient with me came and took there clothes, I just had no other choice cause I wasn’t feeling fine to work on them and I just managed to complete the ones I had already started sewing before I got sick after that I just had to rest and stay on my medication for recovery and am so happy guys still tell you all that am fine now and am back to work it’s just been such an amazing feeling since morning, have been feeling so strong and I love this feeling so much 😂.
So friends seeing that am very okey now i thought of completing an unfinished work I started and couldn’t finish when I got sick. So friends stay focused on your preferred brand and let wow you 😂. Now this the final look of the outfit when I was done.

Items used:

  • A royal blue fabric
  • A striped fabric
  • Paper gum
  • Tissue gum
  • Collar gum.

My sewing processes:

First step:

The blue is supposed to be the main cloth, so I lay the blue fabric, bend it into two, sketch out the body measurement of my client on it, using a sewing chalk and after that I cut out the front, I used the already cut out front to cut out the rest part of the cloth, the both sleeves and the back view as usual.

Step 2:

I took out the front, i ironed out a straight line at the middle of the front to indicate the middle and so that line will guild me in what ever design I’ll be making, so It will come out perfectly strength and beautiful too.

Step 3:

After that, I opened the front and I kept it aside and I cut the blue fabric again size of 6inches, length of 11inches and I ironed and bend in 1inches at both sides making it 2inches in all and it was remaining 4inches, so I took the front to my machine and I place the piece there and I sewed it on the front.

Step 4:

After I had sewed the piece to the front and I I took the blue fabric again and I cut size of 4inches and length of 11inches and I gummed the paper gum to the back side and used it to form a flap at the front.

Step 5:

And now I took the stripped fabric and I cut it size of 8inches and length of 6inches and I added a paper gum to the back view and I sew and form the steps and after that I added the prepared steps to the down part do the front.

Step 6:

I used the blue fabric and the stripped one to form the pocket at the side, I join the both shoulders and I used the stripped fabric to pipe the neck and trimmed the shoulders and I inserted the both sleeves.
