Saludos querida comunidad, espero se encuentren bien, hoy comparto con ustedes mi participación en el Splinterlands Art Contest 331, para esta ocasión he realizado un brazalete en la técnica macramé con la figura de la carta Ferexian Hero, escogí esta carta porque particularmente me gustan mucho las figuras de minotauros, pero también porque me conmovió la historia del personaje de nombre Vadiax Flamehorn quien fue un gladiador muy fuerte que cuando el impero esclavizó a él y sus compañeros este los ayudó a escapar siendo un gran ejemplo de fuerza en la batalla y convirtiéndose en un héroe.
Greetings dear community, I hope you are well, today I share with you my participation in the Splinterlands Art Contest 331, for this occasion I have made a bracelet using the macramé technique with the figure of the Ferexian Hero card, I chose this card because I particularly like minotaur figures, but also because I was moved by the story of the character named Vadiax Flamehorn who was a very strong gladiator who when the empire enslaved him and his companions, he helped them escape, being a great example of strength in battle and becoming a hero.

- Hilo acrílico para crochet: Vinotinto, amarillo, ocre, naranja, blanco, negro, azul oscuro, azul medio y marrón.
- Tabla con clip
- Regla
- Tijera

- Acrylic crochet yarn: Burgundy, yellow, ochre, orange, white, black, dark blue, medium blue and brown.

Proceso / Processs
Para elaborar este patrón usé la aplicación Pixel Station, con un lienzo de 73 x 19 cuadros, usando la herramienta de bote de pintura pinté cuadro por cuadro la figura, en primer lugar el escudo, luego la cabeza de personaje y luego la lanza. Para interpretar el patrón se debe tomar en cuenta que el numero de cuadros en vertical es decir 19 indica el numero de hilos guía necesarios, mientras que se necesita 73 hileras de nudos para completar el brazalete, cada cuadro representa un nudo.
To make this pattern I used the Pixel Station app, with a 73 x 19 square canvas, using the paint bucket tool I painted the figure frame by frame, first the shield, then the character's head and then the spear. To interpret the pattern you must take into account that the number of vertical squares, that is, 19, indicates the number of guide threads needed, while 73 rows of knots are needed to complete the bracelet, each square represents a knot.
Para comenzar con el hilo vinotinto se deben cortar 8 hebras de 60 cm, una hebra de 80 cm y una hebra adicional unida al ovillo, colocar las hebras largas a los lados y dejar las hebras mas cortas al centro, sujetar por la mitad con el clip de la tabla, con las hebras largas hacer 20 nudos planos que envuelvan a las hebras del centro, los nudos planos se hacen alternando el nudo con forma de 4 y el nudo con forma de P.
To start with the burgundy thread you must cut 8 strands of 60 cm, one strand of 80 cm and an additional strand attached to the ball, place the long strands on the sides and leave the shorter strands in the center, hold in the middle with the clip on the board, with the long strands make 20 flat knots that wrap around the center strands, the flat knots are made alternating the knot in the shape of a 4 and the knot in the shape of a P.
Doblar en forma de U y sujetar con el clip de la tabla dejando la hebra unida al ovillo de primer lugar a la izquierda. Comenzar a hacer los nudos conforme al patrón, es decir que las primeras dos hileras se hacen solo con el color del primer hilo anudador que la hebra unida al ovillo, luego se deben agregar el resto de hilos anudadores necesario para hacer el escudo, en este caso el amarillo, ocre, negro y naranja. En esta técnica el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía, de izquierda a derecha en las hileras impares y de derecha a izquierda en las hileras pares.
Fold in a U shape and fasten with the clip on the board, leaving the thread attached to the first ball on the left. Start making the knots according to the pattern, that is, the first two rows are made only with the color of the first knotting thread that the thread attached to the ball is, then the rest of the knotting threads needed to make the shield must be added, in this case yellow, ochre, black and orange. In this technique, the knotting thread wraps around each of the guide threads twice, from left to right in the odd rows and from right to left in the even rows.
Al finalizar el escudo se hacen nuevamente dos hileras de nudo solo con el color de fondo, para la cabeza del personaje se debe agregar el hilo anudador azul oscuro, el azul medio y también el blanco para los cuernos, los cambios de color de hilo anudador se hacen cruzando los hilos pro la parte de atrás.
At the end of the shield, two rows of knots are made again using only the background color. For the character's head, the dark blue knotting thread must be added, the medium blue and also the white for the horns. The knotting thread color changes are made by crossing the threads on the back.
Para la lanza se agrega el hilo anudador marrón y se conserva solo el color de fondo, el amarillo y el ocre. Una vez finalizada la hilera 73 se deben separar las hebras en dos partes y hacer dos trenzas.
For the spear, add the brown knotting thread and keep only the background colour, yellow and ochre. Once row 73 is finished, separate the strands into two parts and make two braids.
