In this post, I again want to share some photos from my observations a few days ago in two different locations. The first is a beautiful hoverfly species with a combination of yellow & black stripes, also has a mixture of brown on its shoulders and wings, and is accompanied by red on its two eyeballs, making this flower fly look even more attractive.
Then the second photo is a species of stilt-legged flies which has the Latin name Micropezidae. These flies can be found in forests in shady locations under large trees, especially often found on taro leaves.

And finally there is the planthopper species insect in the Derbidae family. Interestingly, planthoppers are quite small in size with a body shape like a mosquito. In fact, at first I thought that this was part of a mosquito, but it was a planthopper species.
