This spider is characterized by its wide body with sharp spines on both sides, as if wearing armor. Its body color is striking with a combination of shiny black and red that contrasts sharply. Carefully, I moved the camera closer to observe more details. I had to be very careful not to damage its perfectly circular web, which it seemed to have made with great patience and precision.
As I observed it more closely, I realized how important this spider is in the ecosystem. As a natural predator, it helps control the population of small insects around it. Despite its small size, its presence shows how extraordinary the biodiversity is in this village forest.
I spent almost an hour taking pictures from various angles and observing its behavior. Occasionally, it moved slowly towards its prey trapped in the web, showing its skills as an efficient hunter.
