Greetings hivers and holozingers. This is my entry for week 2 Holozing contest.

Laughter, the noise of killing, despair, fear are currently being witnessed by young boy Borjack. In a remote village of Tulric, hordes of animals and bandits can be heard enjoying their lives while massacre was done on the people of the said village. Tulric village people are being slaughtered for no reason. They're peaceful life was turn tragic instantly when these passerby found they're way here. Lying in his own blood, with a bit of consciousness, Borjack saw the last breath of his parents in the most cruel way that he could ever imagine. Both of his parents head was detached from their body in front of his young mind while suffering from stab wounds all over his body. The killers thought that Borjack already died on what they did to him so they never even care if he is still breathing or not. The massacre and looting continues until dawn where young Borjack already lost his consciousness a few hours ago for too much blood left his thin body. A few more hours before afternoon, the group of people that attack this village already left its vicinity and cannot found a trace from them.
A few moments passes and Borjack opened his eyes. Wandering what is happening, he smells blood, burnt flesh and all the thing did happen last night was reminisce by him. With a sudden burst of emotion, Borjack wanted to stand up and shout as loud as he could but suddenly felt all the pain of his wound on his body. It so painful that he can't explain it and only gritting his teeth is the only thing he could do. Then when he is able to move his right hand, he touch the part of his body that he remember that was the deepest wound he received last night and can be fatal. There's a stab mark, a lump of skin can be feell on that part but the bleeding stopped. The pain is still there, but he can be sure that it will disappear in a little more time. Another moment pass and he can feel a bit better. Now that he gain the ability to feel and see clearly, he found out that there is a greenish light covered his body. He can be sure that this light is currently curing him. Looking for the source of light, he saw a frog like shaped nearby. This animal looks so tired and almost out of breath. While Borjack wanted to make sure what he is seeing is not hallucination, he fell asleep because he felt so tired moving his body.
Night almost arrived, Borjack opened his eyes and sat. He was confused to where he was. It was inside the cave. A ribbit sound was heard and a telepathic voice rung on his head. "How are you little fella?". The voice asked. Borjack was surprised and look left and right to see who is the one talking, then a toad, a muscular one, with combination of brown and orange color in his body spoke to his mind again. "I saved you, I bet you knew." said the frog. "The reason? It's because we are going to fight the same enemy. You saw for yourself how cruel those killers were young man. What you experienced is almost the same with this sage named Cetus." While the frog continue talking to Borjack's mind, there's an uneasy feeling crept to the two and started to feel fear. Specially Cetus, he is familiar with this situation and almost curse in there. He signal Borjack, who still on his weakened state to start moving before the cause of this feeling shows up.
Aiding Borjack to move, Cetus brought the kid to his back and started to hop away in the area before the powerful guy shows up. A few moments and the guy that Cetus cause to be nervous shows up, It wore a cloak and looks like an ancient being that release a powerful dark magic in its surrounding. It notice Cetus and Borjack fleeing but did not pay attention to them. It directly goes to the Tulric village were massacre took place. This guy is a Necromancer and the reason that those village killers doing this kind of thing. The Necromancer performs its rituals and sounds that cannot be understand can be heard. This ritual is amplifying the Necromancers magic to the next level so it keeps doing this massacre.

Meanwhile, Cetus and Borjack arrived in a place near the city. This place can be called protected for it posses military power and industrial upgrades. Unlike living in the village, this is a modern area and posses great number of people that can defend itself to the likes of the killers.
In a canal part of the city is where Cetus brought Borjack to rest. "That was close!" he told to Borjack thru mind channel. "What was that?" asked Borjack. "It is the reason that my family got wiped out and then happen to you too." answered by Cetus.
"Are you familiar with the Holozing?" asked Cetus. Borjack never heard of it so it just move his head to the side. "They are group of humans and monsters fighting the guy that we felt before and human and monster formed a pact to be a partner enhancing they're capability in battle." added by Cetus. "So can we form a team Borjack?" asked Cetus. "I would really want to crushed that guy and we can form a good team if you'll asked me." continued by Cetus.
A silence between a frog and a human for a while. Then Borjack cut it, "I should be the one to deliver the final blow." He emotionlessly said this to Cetus and the frog agreed with a chill in his eyes. And the pact between a boy and frog formed with vengeance as their goal.
