For this fan art, I wanted a healer in a cute, little black dress. ☺️ Somewhat dressing her up, hehe.
About some recent updates about the game, I read that the game has the possibility of creating a physical card. That would be great, wouldn't it? But my problem is the shipping and giving out my address. 😆 If I really like the game, I might find a way to get the physical game, coz I do collect figures and merch from games and animes that I like.
Art Process
Reference
Sketch and lineart. For me the hairstyle is unique, I like it. Probably my favorite among the released hairstyle. The dress is inspired from the original art. I incorporated the design on the neck part.
Next is applying the base colors copied from the original art. The skin color complements the purple-ish hair plus the colorful highlights. I then worked on the shadows using hard airbrush mixed with bblur brush.
Intensifying the shadows and applying a subtle light on the head, chest and legs. This is when I started to build the eyes. At this point, I wanted to put a sofa or something that she can sit on.
Final Art
I added depths to the couch and lights to make dimensions so that it would not looked like flat. I used combinations of ahrd brush and airbrush. Lastly, I added glow at the back for extra detail.
