Art Process
I wanted to make another dress-up fanart, especially to the female healers. Perhaps because I know more about girl's clothing compared to guys'. But then I will try to do the male healer versions. With the help of some references and imagination, I think I can pull it. 😁
Back to this fan art, the highlight is the purse shaped like Walle. 😁 I did a rough sketch of the pose from this reference I picked from Pinterest. And then I used a pencil textured brush for the lineart.
Next, I applied the base colors. I thought of combining the colors of green and blue, like the trees and sky. 😊 I then applied darker colors and some blush on the skin.
Alright, intensifying some shading using a hard airbrush. I used the blend brush to soften the hard edges. I applied a plaid brush for the skirt's design.
Final Art
Now for the background, I wanted the character to be like in a photoshoot. So I chose a simple colored background. I chose a gradient pastel purple and a soft drop-down shadow. To wrap it all up, I masked the canvas with a texture image.
