While waiting, here is my fan art of Zappit as a spy girl.
Process
A rough sketch for the pose. Supposedly, I wanted to add the gun but I think that would require a lot of work, haha. Maybe in another art where I focus on the gun itself. I added a mask and bunny ears as her accessory. And why not put a little carrot clip. 😁🥕 For the lineart, I used a solid brush with soft edges.
The base colors were color-picked from the original art. I thought the orange hair was too much saturated but then I will tone it down later on. Same as the coat, I just use the color-picker tool. Next, I used a soft airbrush to apply a darker shade of color.
On top, I applied the highlight by using a soft flat brush and smudge brush. I applied it to the bunny ears and coat. It took me a lot of try to get the coating's highlight. Next, I masked the character with a purple color and lowered the opacity to 10 percent. I then built the highlight more by using add glow and airbrush.
Final Art
Here, I just thought of putting windows and shutters against the light. I just used a solid brush and put them to blur. I used the glow brush for the purple light. Lastly, I put some dots and set them to motion blur.
