Origin and Importance of the Guild
Guilds are structures that are very common to find in Web2 games and also in Web3 games that bring together several players online. However, the idea of guilds emerged in the Middle Ages when a group of people who had common interests in a certain area came together in an organization that aimed to ensure the safety and provide assistance to members who were affiliated with the institution. In games, although it is a completely different reality, it has maintained the essence of bringing together people who have common interests and helping members to achieve the final goal, which in many cases is the progression of the character.
In games in general, guilds are usually divided into two main classes. The first are the competitive guilds, which seek to reach the top rankings within the games, focusing on constant PVP, with a constant rotation of members, because they seek to retain only the best players. In Web3 games, it is very common to find this type of guild, because there is the Play to Earn element involved. The second class of guilds are the Casual ones, which bring together more "relaxed" players, whose objective is to interact with PVE (Player Versus Environment) content, which would be missions and Bosses.
However, in some games this organization of people, known as a guild, ends up being one of the fundamental aspects, because in addition to helping with progression with missions and events together, guilds are where your main friends are within the games. So, oftentimes, the playing part ends up taking a back seat and players come in more to socialize and have fun interacting with other guild members.
Origin of HoloGuild
In a world where the digital world is much more advanced, trainers use the Holo-Lens equipment to enter the world of HoloZing, a widely known game by the population that consists mainly of trainers who capture and battle other trainers with their creatures. Early on in the development of HoloZing, the developers thought about a system that would allow trainers to interact with each other and battle within a safe space, so that wild creatures would not interfere. Thus, they began to build the HoloGuild, an organization that spreads across the various cities within the game, with a headquarters in each one, being the main structure within HoloZing.
HoloGuild Functions
The first essential function in any guild is a Chat system between the members that belong to it, to generate interaction between the players and for them to More experienced members have a way to communicate with newcomers and organize a party to do a boss or event. This would be the guild's second function, to be a place where players can meet to do events or bosses together. Also, the HoloGuild would have a Bounty Board, so players can do individual missions like capturing a certain creature from the HoloZing.
Thus, with these functions, the HoloGuild would have the part of bringing together people with the same goal that has been around since the Middle Ages to the present day in games, and also an event and mission system that could reward players, being part of the game's Earn. One suggestion to improve things would be to add a Leaderboard of players and guilds on a holographic screen that would show the names of the Top 10, a way to encourage players to continue evolving.

As guilds são estruturas que são bem comuns de encontrar nos jogos Web2 e também nos Jogos Web3 que reúnem vários jogadores online. Entretanto, esse a ideia das guildas surgiram na Idade Média com um conjunto de pessoas que tinham interesses comuns em alguma área se juntando em uma organização que tinha como objetivo garantir a segurança e dar assistência aos membros que fossem filiados à instituição. Já nos jogos, por mais que seja uma realidade completamente diferente, manteve a essência de juntar pessoas que tem interesses em comum e ajudar os membros para alcançar o objetivo final, que em muitos casos é a progressão dos personagem.
Nos jogos em geral, as guildas são geralmente divididas em duas principais classes. A primeira são as guildas competitivas, que buscam alcançar as primeiras classificações dentro do jogos, focando no PVP constante, tendo uma rotação constante de membros, porque busca reter apenas os melhores jogadores. Nos jogos Web3 é bem comum de encontrar esse tipo de guild, porque existe o elemento do Play to Earn envolvido. Já a segunda classe de guilds são as Casuais, que unem jogadores mais “tranquilos”, que tem como objetivo interagir com os conteúdos PVE (Jogadores Versos Ambiente) que seriam as missões e os Bosses.
Entretanto, em alguns jogos essa organização de pessoas, conhecida por guild, acaba por ser um dos aspectos fundamentais, porque além de ajudar na progressão com missões e eventos em conjunto, são nas guildas que estão os seus principais amigos dentro dos jogos. Assim, muitas vezes, a parte de jogar acaba ficando em segundo plano e os jogadores entram mais para socializar e se divertir interagindo com os outros membros da guild.
Origem da HoloGuild
Em um mundo em que o mundo muito mais avançado no digital, treinadores utilizam o equipamento Holo-Lens para entrar no mundo de HoloZing, um jogo amplamente conhecido pela população que consiste principalmente de treinadores que capturam e batalham com outros treinadores com as suas criaturas. Logo no início da construção de HoloZing, os desenvolvedores pensavam em um sistema que permitisse com que os treinadores interagissem entre si e batalhassem dentro de um local seguro, para que as criaturas Wild não interferissem. Assim, começaram a construir a HoloGuild, uma organização que se espalha pelas diversas cidades existentes dentro do jogo, com uma sede em cada uma, sendo a principal estrutura dentro de HoloZing.
Funções da HoloGuild
A primeira função primordial em qualquer guild é um sistema de Chat entre os membros que pertencem à ela, para gerar a interação entre os jogadores e para que os membros mais experientes tenham uma forma de se comunicar com os novatos que estão chegando e para organizar uma Party para fazer um Boss ou Evento. Essa já seria a segunda função da guild, ser um local em que os jogadores possam se encontrar para realizar eventos ou Bosses em conjunto. Ainda, na HoloGuild haveria uma Bounty Board, para os jogadores conseguirem fazer missões individuais como capturar um certa criatura do HoloZing.
Assim, tendo essas funções, a HoloGuild teria a parte de juntar pessoas com o mesmo objetivo que vem desde de a idade média até os dias de hoje nos jogos, e também um sistema de eventos e missões que poderia recompensar os jogadores, sendo a parte do Earn do Jogo. Uma sugestão para incrementar as coisas seria adicionar um Leaderboard de jogadores e das guilds num telão holográfico que apareceria o nome dos Top 10, uma forma se incentivar os players a continuar evoluindo.
