Hello future Healers! @saydie here bringing you another Holozing content.

It's been a while since I made my last post and usually, if it's not about me doing Holozing related stuff using photoshop, I am making a review about the latest updates about the game or giving an update of my $ZING tokens but this time, I tried to make a lore for the game. When we say lore in games, it refers about the backstory or history of the characters and provides world-building for the game to make an immersive gaming experience and have an attachment to the characters that we played.

When you go to the Holozing Whitepaper, you can see that the game has a short lore on it and have not yet expanded probably since the team's priority is to complete the game for the Alpha and Beta test as scheduled on their roadmap.

So while waiting for them, I tried to have my version of the Holozing Lore togther with some visuals.

Lore

Intro.png

On the other side of Milky Way, there lies a planet called Holo World, a planet that has the right environment and resources to support organic life. By undergoing the evolutionary process for billions of years, different forms of life have come to excistence and vanished, following the law of nature which is “Survival of the fittest” and among these forms of life that manages to live, there were 2 species that stands out in particular...

Lore 2.png

The first one, were the "Humans" that despite not being equipped with feet that can outran their predator's, the ability to breathe under water or wings to fly in the sky, they possessed an unparalleled intellect that allows them to make tools using the resources around them to help compensate for their weakness.

Lore 3.png

Next, were the creatures which are believed to be the oldest species that exist in the planet that are still alive. Physically, many of them have appearance similar to other animals but what makes them different was that they have the ability to manipulate the forces of nature such as fire and electricity. So even when they look similar to other animals, they were categorized as an entirely different type of species called "Holo" and was instead were differentiated by type according to their abilities.

Lore 4.png

Due to their unique characteristics, the bodies of Holo creature accumulates energy over time that powers their abilities but when the energy stored within their body goes over the capacity, the energy will be out of control and will be forcefully released outside their bodies, resulting on environmental damage. Because of this, they would fight against each other in order to release the energy in their bodies little by little which is further amplified by an innate desire to compete against each other. Even so, incidents of Holo going out of control is common because they usually acts alone, making it hard to find an opponent to match when they needed.

Lore 5.png

In order to prevent this incidents, A job called "Healer" was made with the main role is to ensure that Holo creatures will find their opponent to release the excess energy from their bodies either from fighting wild Holo or Holo that are managed by another Healer. They are equipped with a special type of gun-like "Capture Device" which allows them to captures a Holo by converting their molecular structure to be store them in a card which is a type of extra-dimensional storage where time is suspended, preventing the accumulation of energy until they were released on the card and by using an item called the "Healer Gloves" , they can heal the injuries that the Holo creature suffered in the battle.

Lore 6.png

On year 2040 of the Holo calendar, Healers have become one of the most popular profession in the Holo World and because of this, a competition was made to find out who was the best Healer among all and they named it the HOLOZING Tournament. Now, the skills of the Healers will be tested together with their teamwork on their Holos.

And this is my version for the Holozing Lore, I'm not an experienced writer and it was my first time writing a backstory setting but I've been making blogs on Hive for a while so it kind of help me on making this and was able to give an explanation to some of the things like why the holo creatures need to battle and how were they able to place inside cards.

That was it for this post. Thank you and see you at the next one!

Nice job! It's posts like this that make me want to play the game.

Thank you!

Hey @saydie , your posts on the Holozing community can also earn $LEO tokens and Ad Revenue, all you have to do is publish them from InLeo! 😃

It's not like I don't want to use inleo and in fact, the last time that I used it was a month ago with this post and on some of my previous Holozing post but I need to put more effort on markdowns since other frontend does not read inleo markdowns the same as how inleo does not accept other frontend markdowns like in order to make my text justify and center, I coded it like this.

Justify

<div class="text-justify">

</div>

Center

<div align="center">

<center>

</center>

</div>

Also, I can't center the data inside the table and I need to manually wrote the markdown when making a hyperlink text. But its just me being picky with the layout of my post.

Yeah I think this is because we accept HTML, not only markdown hehe, the capabilities of the inLeo editor are a bit better, you can even embed google forms and stuff like that

Think about it, if that little extra work is worth some $leo tokens, ad revenue, and evergreen rewars (after the 7 day window), you should use inLeo fren :D
