Sometimes we do encounter some people asking such questions in the Discord chat since they don't really read around, so here we are today.
Refreshing Inventory
As stated at the top of your inventory (Card Collection Page) you have to visit it each time after you get new cards (from packs, buying from the store, someone sent you the card, etc etc) to refresh your inventory and get the cards' effects added to your stats/game.
Also, you'd have to disable the pop-up since the script refreshing your cards is run via a pop-up, so having it disabled for the game will make your cards NOT appear at all.
But the game is safe, you can trust it and the popup goes away real fast and is not annoying, so rest assured.
The Solution Above Doesn't Work??
Well, this one is hella rare, only happened to me once and I got my head around it. Here's the deal:
You might buy packs, open them, refresh card page, and still, they don't appear. (You've also got popups available)
The only reason that I can think of is that the game is busy at the time and too many people are opening packs. So the cards are being issued take time. They are NOT lost, they only take a bit more time to get to you.
In that case, you can go to the Withdraw/Deposit page:
And in the "Card Packs" column, you can see the purchase and opening date of your opened packs as well as their contents. If the cards are not issued on the blockchain yet, you'd see a "pending" status next to that particular pack's entry written in white color. If that's the way things are, then rest easy since they'll be added to your inventory after a while and you just need to refresh your card page after that.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Jux, the dev, has said that he's altered the code to hasten the process, so it is practically fixed and the process of issuing cards is faster so that even at the beginning of the month (that new cards are introduced and a huge number of packs are opened at once) we'd face no problem.
Tho, I'm looking forward to the time when Rising Star is so popular that the beginning of each month breaks the game again even after the change in code. 😁
