Hello Everyone I have been playing DCity for one month. I actually don't know how to play. I need your advice and help. My name is @johndieo and I joined HIVE more than one month.

Today I would like to share Dcity card. And all of my city info.

Now I have Total 194 Card.

My current SIM Power is 2.5K SP. My daily net income sim is near 100 sim per day.

Total Tex is 109% .Why am I pay a lot of tex ? I don't know how can I fix.

I got 1 war share. Its Petty Good for me.

Current Population is 262 and popularity is 161.Education is 35 and Creatively is 64.

Looks like you need some more workers or basic home or park. Barracks is okay card too for this.

John there is nothing you can do about taxes. They are decided by the SIM price and government. However there are some cards that give you a tax refund such as students , churches , eco activists . A law firm also gives you a tax rebate. If you go to info and go down to All card list, it will tell you what every card does. Also if you hold more than 8000 sim power over 30 days your SP counter will turn green and you will start earning Hive rewards. You don't have to do anything. Just have over 8000 Sim power all the time. It's not that many hive so it's easy enough to keep it . I just keep my SP over 10k just to make sure I have a buffer
